We had a problem with the locking system on our impact door and called Sam at Biscayne Lock and Safe. He set up an appointment for that same day and showed up right on time, even calling ahead to let us know he was on his way.After the inspection of the lock, he had to order parts and reschedule the time to come back out. Again he was prompt and completed the job as promised. There was a minor adjustment needed, and he had one of his employees come by the next day and fix it. I highly recommend Biscayne Lock and Safe. They are a pleasure to deal with.

My patio hurricane french door lock was frozen and wouldn't open. The company that manufactured Caradco door was out of business and I was told replacement parts were unavailable. As a last resort before replacing the entire door, I called Sam at Biscayne Lock and Safe to see if he could fix the problem. He did his research on the Caradco door before he came to my house and was ready for the challenge when he arrived. After taking measurements he ordered an off brand replacement 3 point lock that would fit and was able to drill the old lock out, open the door without any damage, and replace with a new 3 point lock,. He did an amazing job. Good as new!I highly recommend Biscayne Lock & Safe Co. Sam is very professional and a knowledgeable locksmith. I have 2 more Caradco patio doors - I know who to call when and if a problem arises with them. Sam is the best!
