this company was great! they answered my call within the first couple rings at about 715 am which is awesome. Plus, I was estimated that the tech would be out by me at 8am but the tech was there even earlier AND was done by 8am. Everyone I spoke to in the company had great customer service. I went there twice, yesterday Friday January, 31, 2020 before 05:30 PM& Today February 1st, 2020 before 2 PM Check out the opening hours.Both times it was closed & NO advice for us customers. A guy laying in front of the store told me They left around 1 PM I dont know if its true.Standing in front of the store came another person wanting to enter the store.I was very disappointed this time because I rented a scooter to arrive on time, I paid $5.72 for the ride.I lost therefore again time and money.Please leave a notice for us customers to know what is going on or change your opening hours, that would be fair enough.

The best service I have ever received. Another company had super rude customer service and they came and broke my door and gave me new keys to replace the broken door.Not these guys!They were super friendly and came and opened the door with ease under 5 minutes.I didnt need a new set of keys or anything.I wish I called them when I needed a lock Smith in the past.If you dont call these guys you will regret it!

After getting other estimates (which were super expensive) a neighbor recommended Caraballo. I have never dealt with more friendly, courteous, professional people. They came to the house the same day and by the following day my iron door lock was fixed, which is a very old door and first company that came said i should just get a new door. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! In todays wold its difficult to find such a GREAT company!

The technician that was sent took long. When he got here he was unprofessional by acting like he didn't want to service me as if I wasn't going to pay for the service. Never received a follow-up. Bad customer service. Called numerous times until I found a better Locksmith that took care of my problem the same day.
