After spending my ENTIRE DAY trying to find a single shop and/or locksmith in Brickell that could make a copy of a simple office key (and being turned away 3 separate times by people who told me it was impossible) - I found My Locksmith.Aleksandra with My Locksmith was the ONLY one that was able to help me. She took one look at the key, explained why the design might confuse someone that didn't know what they were doing, quickly whipped up a copy, tested it, and sent me on my way. Not only did the key work - it was affordable on top of that. Aleksandra saved the day.

Have an old motorcycle that needs keys made? Franco has got you. This service was fast and cheap, helping me with a project that almost no one in Miami would even touch. They got to my house within 20 minutes of me calling and had the key in two days. Keep in mind this was a specialized key and they needed to take off the entire cylinder to get one made.Great service

First I must admit my review is long over due. However, sometimes being caught up with other things and not getting to these posts works out in the end. We moved to North Miami in February and the first thing I did after closing on our townhome was to contact MyLockSmithMiami to come change the keyed locks on our front door and have extra keys made. I chose MyLockSmithMiami from their awesome Yelp & Google Reviews. They lived up to their reputation! Orlando was the tech that was dispatched for our job. He was pleasant, efficient, friendly and ON TIME! He was quick to point out the new keys he would make wouldn't be the same brand as we already had (Baldwin) and wanted my approval before he began. I was okay with that, so he proceeded and quickly had both the door & deadbolt re-keyed the same and the extra keys made that I requested. He also checked each key in both locks to ensure no problems. Much appreciated and is exactly how I would expect a professional locksmith to ensure quality work.Orlando then asked if I was interested in a new type of locking mechanism for the 2 patio doors. He explained the difference behind the concept of the device and that a police officer created to prevent break-ins. This was NOT a hard sell tactic, simply a conversation and education. I had him install on both doors. I felt very secure knowing these were now in place helping to protect entry through these doors. Note -- they only engage & disengage from the inside. Which brings me to the benefits of procrastination. Yesterday morning my husband attempted to open the devise on the downstairs patio door and couldn't! After lifting the door gently off the track, he discovered that the top 'pin' had slid down and wasn't allow the lock to be disengaged properly. He was able to jimmy it up and we just locked the door from the bottom for the night. Yes, I could have called MyLockSmithMiami and know they would have responded quickly, but we were content to have a lazy rainy Sunday, so I waited until this morning. Spoke to Eli and explained the issue and he assured me that he'd send someone over this afternoon (my requested timeframe) to have it fixed. I was contacted about 1:30 pm to confirm and the tech even wanted to come early! I was delighted to see Orlando had been dispatched again to take care of us. He remembered the original job and was baffled as to what happened with the pin coming lose, but was quick to say he'd replace it at no charge. He did so quickly and we're all set & secured again. He did mention he had never seen this happen before and would be taking the original device pack to the shop to have it looked over to see if anything could be done to prevent it from happening to others. Again, very professional, quick, and friendly. Highly recommend this company!

If ever you find yourself NEEDING a locksmith it's often at the most inconvenient time. It's a terrible feeling to not have access to your space. Earlier today, I was locked out of my office. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the previous tenant changed the lock which prevented the building engineers to use their master AND spare key. I called two other locksmiths before calling My Locksmith. Neither of the the first two locksmiths picked up after several calls. Which is understandable, I honestly don't expect people to be attached to their phones. However, beware of one of the locksmith companies, it is apparent that they lack integrity. After MY LOCKSMITH confirmed to send a technician. One of the other companies called me back, which I can appreciate, but after I informed him that I already had another technician on the way, he began to badmouth this company in an attempt to move my business over to him. As a business owner and a person that truly values integrity, I saw this cut throat move as a red flag. I declined his malicious offer and continued with MY LOCKSMITH as they were prompt in receiving my call and responding to my situation which immediately put me at ease.They sent a lovely young man named Aviad, to work on my door. He was extremely professional, kind and efficient. I will be using their services in the future and will refer. Thank you!

Nathan was amazing! He was extremely helpful and prompt. He gave us several options and allowed us to chose which one best fit our budget with a quality job. We couldnt be happier with the final results and definitely recommend him and the company my locksmith for any jobs, they sure are experts on what they do and delivering on promises. Excellent service.!!! A sweet lady (new owner) made a copy of my key. Since it was an original square key and the copy was rounded she wasnt sure if itd work so didnt want to charge me. The key worked perfectly :) on top of that she gave me a bottle of water for free. You hardly find people like her anymore. Wish her the best of luck in her new business.!!

These guys were awesome, @ MIDNIGHT, I called to ask them to come to my place, and requested copies of keys 15 minutes later, Aviad shows up in a van, & takes five minutes to copy a couple keys, and is ready to go. I highly recommend going with this: MOBILE Key Copy Service they come to you and copy whatever keys you want....Thank you very much, you guys are punctual cool and professional.
