(Read until the end) Incredibly rude!!!!!!!!! The technician took a while to call me back and wanted to charge me $85dollars to open a simple lock. I said thats a lot. He asked me how much I was willing to pay. I said $50 dollar. He said something rude and hung up on me. What kind of service is this???????? Even if you dont want to do the job thats NOT how you treat customers. I wish I could give 0 starsAs you can see below, the owner end up responding and calling. Very nice guy and offered to figure it out and help. By then I already had called a different company. Apparently on weekends he does not have his employees and uses sub contractors. Im glad he cares about the customers. maybe he should stop using that rude guy.

So, pressed for time, I thought I would visit the KeyMe kiosk in the Bed, Bath and Beyond right off of Biscayne in Aventura for a few new keys. Plain old house keys, nothing special. The kiosk machine informed me I had a 'special' key which would cost $9.99 and they would have to mail it to me. What?? So much for convenience. I immediately consulted Google and found Expert Locksmith 24/7 just a couple of minutes away. I was in and out in minutes with my three new keys for two-thirds of the KeyMe cost of just one key! They were so pleasant, fast, and the price was just right. Highly recommended!

I originally visited this location due to its proximity to where I live. This is a family business where the owner has been in and out. Recently, the owner has dedicated more time to the location and has greatly reorganized the shop. Augustin is very friendly, although he acts mostly as the management / QA arm of the business. It appears that a large amount of technicians are pinged by the location for business. Service is great, and Augustin is extremely personable. My wife and I are greatly appreciative of his help!!

My purse was stolen late at night and my car and apartments keys were gone with it. I called this locksmith company and shortly after the technician got there, opened my car, verified my documents and made me a key. The same technician was able to follow us to my apartment and help me get in and also made me a spare key. I was too happy that I was able to fix this fast enough especially at that time of night. I didn't have any issues with the service and the technician was very helpful, I highly recommend these guys.

I stopped by for a key copy during posted business hours. No one was in at 9am, 10am, or 11am. When I called, the person who answered said after 1:30pm so I arrived at 2pm to find the store open but no one who could copy a key. I went to ABC locksmith up the road and they made a key copy for $1.75. Don't waste your time, just go somewhere else.

NEVER call them! They tried to charge me $160 to open my car door because my keys were locked inside. It was Christmas Eve and they told me I would be there all night if I didn't pay their price. I called elsewhere and got it done for MUCH cheaper!

Horrible service. A friend had recommended them, but I wouldt recommend this company to my worst enemy. They charged me $125 to open the door to my apartment, and the amateur they sent over completely destroyed the lock in the process (he kept asking me for tools because he didnt have any). They said theyd come back to repair the damage theyd done and I didnt hear from them for the next few days. So I called them back. Now they tell me the repair will cost $450. Wha kind of company charges you to repair something they destroyed? Truly a nightmare to deal with these guys, please save yourselves the headache.

PLEASE AVOID using this locksmith service provider. I used their service month and a half ago because I had a problem with the lock of my apartment's door. The 'expert' came and he charged me $70 for literally 5 min of work, the lock was fixed and it lasted 1 month until today that I'm locked in my apartment, I called today explaining the whole situation and the manager it is not willing to receive calls from customers on weekends so the lady who is receiving the calls (Samantha) from customers on weekends it is not capable of entering their data system in order to identify the man who came to my house a month ago because he didn't left me any invoice or business card or any type of record holder with his information or something. So now I'm here, locked in my apartment waiting for another technician to fix my door.... lets see how much would cost me THEIR error and THEIR incapability of customer service....... NEVER USING THIS LOCKSMITH AGAIN.

This locksmith is a joke!! I called with I locked my keys inside my apartment, I called and ask for a price range and he said he'll send a technician to see before they say a price. Well I gave the one star because the technician came really fast. The lower door knob which any robber can open less than 2 min was the only one locked and they tried to charge us $125! We refused they got mad and tried to charge us $20 for service call. I let him go without paying nothing and I got a call back and the guy was very rude and disrespectful

Outrages price and a terrible service. I was charged almost $200 just to open a room door. The guy that came to the house didn't give any reason for the price and performed the job in 2 minutes. He only used two tools that cost $30 each, completely unnecessary the price and the job. Would never recommend this company.

Over Charge company and bad service, i have been told over the phone the price to open my car is $25 +$29 service call that's what they saying and when the technician come to me it was $150 to open and $29 service call. the tech was not professional and talk rude to me after i call back to company they told me different story of how to price me more.
