I HAD BEEN PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED IN MY OWN HOME BY MY EX AND HAD TO GET MY LOCKS CHANGED CAUSETE HE USED TO LIVE HERE AND HAD A KEY I WAS WAITING FOR MY GRANDMA TO GET BACK TO PAY FOR THE NEW LOCK I TOLD CRYSTAL I WOULD NOT HAVE THE MONEY UNTIL THE MORNING TO SET IT UP FOR THE MORNING AND SHE SAID ITS OK ILL SEND MY GUY NOW AND YOU CAN PAY IN THE MORNING SO YOU CAN SLEEP. Better to call triple AAA or AART. They will damage your vehicle and will refuse to reimburse you. The representatives a poorly trained. Busted my passenger window open, and since I told the person to stop after hearing a small crack. Claims that it was my fault for distracting the representative and that they take no liability for damages. Make sure to file police report at scene. If not chances of getting your vehicle fixed is unlikely.

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever received. It took over 45 minutes of the associate fumbling around to make 2 keys. She was on FaceTime with the owner the whole time because she had no clue and kept taking other people and having to call her boss to handle anything. Then she made a copy of my key to test and didnt give it back. When she made the key and went to test, the car wouldnt turn start and Surprise, its $75! Total and complete incompetence!

Feb 27,2020, I drove my car to USLocksmith 1946 NE 163 St, N.Miami to program a extra key,after trying time after time resulting that my car couldnt start. We left the car there overnight so she could try again the next day. Finally she has my car tow to Toyotas shop on 163 St N.MiamiThe technician at Toyota informed me that they mess up the computer and need 2 new computer installed and would be in the amount of $3152.70 and send the invoice to [email protected] . They refused to paid for it. They are responsible for messing up my car and hadnt no transportation for 7 days.I will send this claim to HelpmeHoward!!!The worst service

I found my key after losing it and let them know I needed a refund. They told me there would be a $29 fee associated. I then was told I would be charged additional money all of a sudden. I will never use this service or recommend it. The people were rude and completely unprofessional

After driving around town trying to have a Blank key cut for my motorcycle and everyone kept telling that they couldn't because I didn't purchase my blank key from them I found this shop and what a blessing .....the lady that took care of me was very nice and knowledgeable and cut my BLANK key with NO issues and with that being said I highly recommend this place and stay away from ACE ....
