I wasn't sure what to expect about a battery and bulb store. I didnt even understand why it existed, but we needed watch batteries and thought we would go check it out. Brandon was the cashier/customer service guy there and he was extremely helpful. This was a quick, easy experience and Brandon was so very helpful. We had gone to cvs first where we couldnt find what we needed, but it was made easy here. If you need any kind of battery, especially specialty ones, I highly recommend!!

Watch battery = their deal = ' $19 , will get you a new battery as long as you own the watch= don't fall for it = The first battery lasted 6-8 months, second battery lasted 5-6 weeks, third battery was installed about 2 months ago. Today 12/19/19, I was going to clean my watch band, when I see tiny bit of the seal / gasket sticking out from under the back of the case..... Leaving the watch no longer water proof. Now I have to buy another watch . With the last battery, the staff member seemed a bit upset because I ask for another battery..... I was the only customer in the store, so he wasn't busy.

Ordered my Duracell battery online on Tuesday and it was sitting on the front counter waiting for me when I arrived Wednesday morning at 9:30a.Steve in the Mt. I would like to really call out this store for being great and having fantastic customer service. I went to the store to get my battery replaced in my apple watch because the life was not good. They replaced the battery but then the one I had was defective and I had to go back to get another one installed. Every time I went the customer service that Alex and Hector gave was amazing and they show passion in providing customer service.The watch stopped working and we did not know why. Alex contacted his manager Steven and wanted to find a solution to the problem. The Manager was great and called me to let me know that they tried all options to get my watch in working condition and nothing would work. Before he called me he got approval to replace my watch with a new one because of the hassle that I had to go through. I am thankful that the staff went over and beyond to make a customer happy. I really appreciate you all and I wish nothing but blessing for you three and I really wish corporate will recognize your store for the great customer service. Thank you for being dedicated!

Quickest, easiest place to get a car battery with free installation. I knew these folks had all sorts of batteries but never realized that included car batteries. Personnel were friendly, and super helpful. Install was fast and professional. Even kept the radio from resetting which is something my dealer didn't do the last time I got a new battery.

I came in to pick up the ATV battery that the Batteries Plus website said was the right battery for my machine. I had paid for it online. When I arrived at the store the clerk had my battery....except it was NOT even close to correct. I was then told that the less expensive battery was no longer being sold and that I would have to buy the more expensive one or they could refund my money. The website said that the less expensive was IN STOCK at my local store...not true! It is actually a real bait and switch! Corporate offices should be sued.... and if there is ever a class action suite, count me in. I have never had a transaction here that was what the website said! Im done with Batteries Plus!

Scheduled online this last Sunday to have my Note 5 screen fixed. The store called within 5 minutes to let me know that they would need to order the screen and it would be in Tuesday and rescheduled my appointment. The screen had arrived from another store and was damaged, Jacob apologized and called the store manager who authorized a new one to be overnighted from a store in Georgia. So I returned Wed, phone was fixed perfectly by Steven. Who educated me on the warranty. And both him and Jacob advised on the best cases to help protect my phone better from any drops. Never have I encountered a store where all the staff, including the store manager ,who I also had the pleasure of meeting today, were so kind and wonderful. Thank you.

It was very easy to order the battery I needed for my cell phone. I have never been to that area of the city but with my GPS allow me to find it. Because I didn't come straight from home I need directions to head back home. Yes I could of used my GPS again but the store very helpful and explained so clearly where to turn. In search of a particular battery for my 2013 Suzuki M90 motorcycle, I had exhausted all attempts to locate it thru a multitude of nationally known part stores. As a final attempt to purchase it locally, I called the Mount Dora Florida Batteries Plus and spoke with Steve. He assured me that they had the very model of battery that had been so elusive. He held the battery for me, and communicated to his manager Joe that I would be in the following morning to pick it up. As promised by Steve, Joe had the battery, which they had prepped for installation. I write this testimony as a compliment to Steve and Joe, and their store. What a pleasure to do business with knowledgeable, professional people who are customer focused, providing fast, efficient and accurate service to their customers, with high quality products.
