I contacted this company 30 minutes ago and they said a technician would call me. I got a cal less than five minutes and spoke to a nice gentlemen name Luis. He advised me that he will be here in 15 minutes and thats exactly what he did. He was fast efficient, nice and very knowledgeable. I am so appreciative for him. Luis is the best and he will have your car open in less than five minutes. If you are looking for someone to help you will your keys being locked in your car, call this company and ask for Luis. He was amazing. I will used him in the near future.

Awesome service, very quick, communication was A-1. My keys got locked in my Tahoe at the Florida Mall. The tech called me within 5 minutes and was on there within half an hour. I would highly recommend their service!!

On 7/7/2020 at 8:14pm made a call to this company ask the price they said the locksmith will call me in a few to let me know. Lock smith calls I ask the price I will let you know when o arrive Im 30 mins away okay . He gets here I ask the price the frost thing he talk about do I rent or own cause I can just give the receipt to my landlord they will cover it Im like what 2 seconds later the door is open Im was so happy so then I get my wallet and asked the price for the final time he said 150 dollars whooooo definitely wasnt Expecting that so I told him I didnt have that much due to not working he said If I wrote a review he would take 50 dollars off so I just use my credit card and paid them he goes on to tell me if dont write the review they will charge me the 50 again at this point Im force to write a review that I dont want to just to get 50 dollars off so I call the company to get a manger they said he will call you back in a few guess who calls me back the locksmith that unlock me door ......He said Im so sorrry bro Im sorry bro I hung up call Im the morning spoke to a nice lady that completely understood....few hours later got a call from Danny the owner he really wasnt understanding he thought it was all about the money it was more of just coming down to size understanding from a customer point of view not a business point of view he was more of attacking me and standing up for his company then to trying to understand but after getting him taking me as a joke and saying I really made him laugh and made us day wow he took 25 dollars my 100 bill so my whole thing was if I knew the price at the very beginning I would have just wanted for my landlords which was just. A hour away for free

Danny was such a help Im my desperate time of need. He was quick and efficient. No damages were done to my vehicle. It was late ate big two minutes before closing and he did not even look tired or like he didnt want to do the work. While I was with Danny he through conversation came up with a plan to get my keys from my car quickly and efficiently. Kero was amazing, and that is an understatement. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The metal part of my key was loose and fell off, so I needed a new key. He came immediately after I called and made me a new key quick!This guy also fixed the latch to my trunk. 2 1/2 years ago, someone rear ended me, and I had a horrible experience getting it fixed. My trunk wouldnt latch and I had to slam it shut. They didnt fix it. But guess who did? .in about 5 minutes. Kero. I literally cried of happiness and have been speechless since he left little while ago. My car, that was never fixed properly, now has a working trunk. I cant even explain how happy this has made me! It was so amazing, and he seemed so willing to do it. I cant thank you enough! Thank you so much for your service!
