I called in advance to make a spare key. They offered to meet me. However, since my keys weren't locked in my car, I just drove there. I pulled up and was immediately greeted. I had a spare key and fob made for my 2015 Hyundai. The whole process took maybe 10min. The employees were helpful and respectful.

I locked myself out of my new home. I waited an hour for service. They sent a young kid to my home that could not unlock the front door or the side door. I asked if he could drill the door knob out; as I had a new door knob in my garage to replace it. He told me his battery in his drill was dead! How can you not have a backup battery when you are the only one working the night shift! He then admitted that he mostly only knows how to open locked cars! After he wasted nearly 2 hours of my evening, I called AAA Alpha Lock Security and they had my door open in under 30 seconds. I trusted this guy from Ace to get me into my home. He had no idea what he was doing!

Gosh what can I say but THANK YOU CALVIN!!! Calvin came and rescued me from the Walmart parking lot on Mobile Hwy and Fairfield Drive. That's a scary parking lot. He was so kind and sweet. He opened my door in under 30 seconds. John was the man who sent Calving out to pop my lock. They were fast to arrive and get me in my car because it was raining and no one wants to see an old lady in a wet t shirt! LOL. Thank you again and thank you to Calvin's parents for raising such a sweet young man.

I had a key made last week by 98 locksmith in Destin. The key barely came out of my ignition after being stuck in there all night the first night I had it. 98 was not willing to fix it. After having the key for 1 week it stopped working. My car would not turn on. I called Ace and they came out in the storm and made me a new key. Works like its supposed to. Bill Clark is who came out and did the work. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend ACE.

I called them because my daughter had broken The only electronic key we had for our car. The technician talked me through the fact that we were missing one of the pieces. Once we found the piece the key worked perfectly and they didnt charge me a dime. Very willing to help and I will use again.

This place is amazing. I needed some extra keys for a motorized scooter for my wife who has trouble walking and getting around to shop in department stores. The scooter has a specialized key to turn it on. It seems no locksmiths in this area had the equipment or blanks to make copies of the scooter key, except ACE Locks. The young man at ACE looked at the specialized key, went into the back room, found a blank which he had to work on to fit, and made a copy. He gave me the copy to check and see if it worked-it did! I had him make six (6) more copies and he checked each one out on the scooter which was in the trunk of the car and they all worked!! I was in and out in a few minutes and the price was very reasonable. I found out they can also program auto ignition keys. A guy came in while I was there and needed a key for his Cadillac that had a chip in it and was charged $35. I considered that price very reasonable. This place is a gem!!! I will never go to anyplace else for keys or locks.

Super helpful. I had a replacement key made by a different company and they cut it too deep, so I contacted ace and the man that helped me cut me a temporary key for free and said if I order a new fob he we cut it for free too.. it's nice to be in good company, and a little goes a long way. I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my family to the beach and got into a bind with our condo door lock malfunctioning. I managed to remove the lock and bring to their shop. They could have charged me whatever they wanted, and I would have had no choice but to pay it. Instead, the employee told me exactly what went wrong, sold me the part I needed for a fraction of what I was expecting and explained step by step how to install it. Told me to give him a call if I needed any help. Its no wonder they have such great reviews. Mutual trust between business and customers is hard to find these days but Ace Unlocks has it figured out. Id give my business to them any day.

Rude doesn't even begin to describe this place. After being told by a local car dealership to go to Ace Unlocks and they would cover the cost of a new key, I called Ace Unlocks and the person I spoke with said no problem, come to the office the next day and they'd take care of it. (I called to make sure since the Covid19 thing was ongoing.) I arrived at Ace Unlocks and an employee was walking out of the office and told me to go in and someone would help me. As soon as I walked in this other 'person' practically kicked me out and accused me of going around the 'barrier' they had at the bottom of their steps. I told him I called before coming and was told to come AND their employee told me to go in. He continued with his attitude and did not do the service I wanted, in fact he never asked what I wanted. He just grabbed my key and did whatever. I wanted to supplement what the dealership was going to cover so that I got a second key. But, after being treated so rudely I just wanted to leave there as soon as possible so I ignored what he was doing and left, happy that I didn't give them any of my money.

Im not great with keys, but they are! Ive used them several times and have always had a good experience. Id recommend them for anything from getting locked out of your car or home to reprogramming key fobs (all from personal experience). Id bet on Ace!

I was riding down 98 on my bike on Thanksgiving when my bike started running out of gas. I had unfortunately lost the key I keep on my key ring for my gas cap. I saw bill Clark in one of the company cars, I flagged him down and he was able to pick the lock for me, thanks to him I made it to Thanksgiving dinner, will always use them from now on
