I locked myself out of my townhome and it was 90 degrees out I had no wallet, no car key, nothing except my phone. I called American Lock & Safe and Thomas left immediately. I was back in my apartment with a new set of keys and a repaired lock 20 minutes later. THANK YOU AMERICAN LOCK & SAFE!!! You cared and left immediately to help me!!!

I just had the most awesome experience with this establishment. I had a safe that I did not know how to open. Told them about my situation and American Lock and Safe walked me through finding serial number and doing research that enabled me to open safe. I will be forever grateful. Locked myself out of my truck at walmart. My phone was dead. It was Sunday. I wad thinking I was shafted. Borrowed a phone at the customer service desk, and called a relative and had them look up a locksmith for me. First guy I called said he wouldn't do it. Called up this guy and I gave him instructions on how to find me and my truck. He was there within a half hour and had my truck unlocked within 3 minutes of his arrival. Excellent service.

I had a great experience with American Lock & Safe. We bought our house over a year ago and Tom came and changed all the locks... we have an in-law suite and lots of doors so it was a big job. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and did a great job. Fast forward to a year later when one of the doorknobs wouldn't unlock - I called Tom and he came and fixed it for free the next day (it was user error - there was nothing wrong with it). Long story short - he's great and I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks Tom!

My front door handle and lock set is very old with lots of moving parts, but the American Lock & Safe owner had the special knowledge to be able to fix the complicated mechanism in a short time period. My husband and I closed on our house on January 23, 2018 and I called American Lock and Safe (because of their 5 star rating) to re-key all the exterior locks in our home. Mr. Tate fit me into his schedule that same day and had to re-key 8 exterior locks. He noticed that our locks were placed backwards and that each lock required a different key. He fixed both these issues and now we have one lock to get into our house. He charged us $10 per lock + $50 fee for mileage etc. Not only did Mr. Tate provide us with a feeling of security but he also was very knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. After two hours, he was finished and we could not have been more please. Highly recommend!

Then he went about opening the tricky suicide doors on my Honda Element with the most jovial attitude ever. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! We desperately needed entrance into a locked bedroom at our home with the only set of keys (and car keys) on the other side. We called Tom because of his great reviews, and when he took our call, he listened, took down all of our information, and offered us a timeline for arrival. Within a few minutes of his projection - there he was! Tom was friendly and tremendously professional through the entirety of solving a complicated locked door. He got the door open, installed a new locking doorknob, keyed it like the other doors, and even made us a spare without us having to ask for it! Tom was simply amazing!

Incredibly personable...felt like I was dealing with an old friend. Arrived very quickly. Took him all of 30 seconds to get me back in my car. Glad I didn't use the first service I called with advertised $19 fee (which transferred my call out of state, revealed additional charges that couldn't be quoted beforehand). Hope not to have to but if I lock myself out again, no doubt as to which locksmith I'll call.

American Lock Safe, Thomas Tate, helped us out big time last night! We are very thankful that he came out last night and drove all the way to Langdon Beach in Fort Pickens. Due to us not being from the area we did not give him the right directions, but he still managed to find us. He did not charge us extra for the extra mileage and not being able to find us right away due to it being our honeymoon. When he arrived he talked to us like he genuinely cared and wanted to help and even gave us a little bit of marriage advise! He gently opened up the top of our door with a blood pressure cuff and unlocked it with ease. We could definitely tell that he knew what he was doing. It is never fun locking keys in the car, and the fact that we were on our honeymoon did not make things better, but with the help of American Lock Safe our vacation did not end badly! We just want to thank him for coming to find us, for unlocking our vehicle, and for being open that late at night! God bless
