They deserve 0 stars. Their version of customer service is to yell. Their hours of operations are a joke. They don't take credit cards. They require multiple days to fulfill requests. Their lack of professionalism is beyond description. Stay away.

The man in the store was unfriendly, not helpful and became rude when I told him that in the past I had to return because the first dupe they gave me did not work. I relayed this story in a very polite manner, but he forced me out of the store. He obviously has no manners. I strongly recommend not going to this store.

I contacted them about an estimate and they said they would have somesome contact me. They called back two hours later to confirm that someone would call back within 5 minutes?.....another hour later, no phone call.....why call me back in first place to confirm you would have someone call me in 5 minutes a second time and then no call.......makes no sense. Would you trust someone like that?

They try to make a key for a dresser drawer lock for my 92-year-old mother-in-law but the lock cylinder was broken internally so they gave me a brand new dresser drawer lock and keys for free great customer service and friendly and understanding highly recommend

Never had such a horrible experience! Arrogant guy named Mike wouldn't listen to simple request, said it would take 2 weeks to get a key (then I learned he could have done it immediately), hung up on me twice, sick!! Pulse DO NOT patronize this locksmith!!

This is my experience with Locksmith Pompano Beach.When I made the appointment, they did not inform me that a service call after 4pm costs extra. It was not an emergency, I could have waited for another day at normal hours. The technician spent 30-45 minutes trying to fix my keypad deadbolt and informs me that the motor is worn out and I need to replace. (I didn't have problem with that, we had that deadbolt for many years).

I had to go back twice to get my key correctly copied. The hours they are open is unpredictable. I've had bad service there more than once.

I called several times to ask about high-security locks and hardware for a renovation project. The two people that I spoke to were very polite and tried to help as much as possible. But when I had technical questions, they said that I would have to speak to the owner and twice took down my name and number. I have never gotten a call back. Disappointing.

This review is in regards to 'Emergency Lockout' services. Please be advised that the rates charged by this company are exorbitant ($165) compared to other companies in the area. I was in a pinch to get back into my apartment so I agreed to the price but found out later that the market rate for 'Emergency Lockout' around 7pm should be between $75-$100. Please do your research before going with this company as their prices are a rip-off and take advantage of a customer in a dire situation.

Called in just to ask a question about copying a car key the person that picked up was incredibly rude when told about pricing the day before was quoted $200 the person who picked up stated it be $295... what a scam as soon as I heard that I hung up.
