We broken the bolt on our front door completely locking ourselves out the house. When we call the company they answered very quickly and we were instantly assigned a locksmith named Tommy. He came extremely quick within 10 minutes and was polite and professional. Definitely would recommend if you need help and hopefully you get Tommy really nice guy.

The best locksmith In town I live in Coral Springs and I lost my Mercedes key, I realized it 10 min before I had to go to work.The tech was there in less than 7 min And it took him no time at all to create a new key for me ! I wasnt even late for work that day! Reasonable prices great service What else can you ask for ?! Highly recommended !

I had called for a non emergency, asking for spare keys or a new lock, European style high security lock, asked if they had stock. I even texted pictures of key and lock. I was supposed to get a call back for the price. Instead David came, wanted to install for 225$ an ordinary lock, said they did not have Euro cylinder in stock, would need to order from Italy, would be around 400$. I then asked for delay. That's when he said out loud 'What a waste of time!', he said it was very hot, he had broken one finger. I then told him I did not want to waste his time, therefore I did not want to buy a lock from him. He charged 29$ that I paid by check for service! I should not have paid, I was too nice. The company has very good reviews, but unfortunately my experience is a very bad one and I will not recommend the company.
