Just purchased a used car that only had 1 key. Mazda dealer told me would cost me a small fortune to purchase another and program to my vehicle. Went to All County Lock and Key and $64 later I had a working key for my car and a peace of mind that I now had a spare. All County Lock and Key is definitely the place to go for all your lock and key needs. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and a great in stock selection of keys, locks etc. They will be my go to locksmith for any future needs and I will recommend them to friends and family!! Thank you All County!!

Dont catch the receptionist on a bad day I asked her if I can have a key programmed and she said Yes but because I had bought my own key from Nissan that they could not guarantee the hardware I began to tell her that it did not matter as long as they did the programming correctly that there would be no issues as it was a brand new key from the dealer she began to tell me that I do not know what Im talking about and that they would not guarantee their work. I dont know why she didnt just ask for verification of where the key was bought (straight from Nissan dealer) but seems like very cut and dry business. I dont know why they would expect me to trust a key from them over a brand new Nissan key.... but it seems that the people here are not very knowledgeable when it comes to the automotive world, I would stick to house keys for this place.

Omg where do I start. .. This family business is one of the best Ive ever been to, these people are truly amazing and has the best customer service I have ever received.. They went above and beyond just to satisfied me I had a complicated key problem and they were able to help me I literally wanted to dance after . They really made my day. . Danielle customer service skills are off the charts awesome.. I never been into a business and really felt cared for.. If you have any key issues etc All county lock is the place to go you will not be disappointed, the patience and the service you get will out beat any other. . Please check this place out. . I'm not even a review type of person but I felt these people really deserved it.. Thank you guys for everything..

Recently moved to PSL and locked the Uhaul keys IN the cab when I returned it. I found All County (as it was nearby) and asked for help. I gave the locksmith (sorry, I dont remember her name) some numbers to attempt to recreate the key but no luck. I returned and gave her the bad news. She then used her knowledge of her industry, thought outside the box and ended up creating a match. I was quite impressed and will use All County exclusively. Their knowledge, service and dedication were way above any expectation I had. Just another reason why brick and mortar businesses are so important to society!

Super nice people who really know what they are doing! I had a key fob for my car that has not worked in over a year. When it died I had the dealer replace the battery and when I went back to tell them it still did not work they just said it must be the chip, so in other words they blew me off. I have always worried that if the one working key fob I had went bad it would be a big problem. Today I went to All County Lock & key to see about getting a replacement fob. Come to find out the fob works fine! The dealer had just put the battery in backwards. Thank you All County for taking the time to help me with this and to make sure everything worked well before I left. From now on they will be the only ones to replace the battery and to do any other work I may need.

Have used this Company many times for house keys and auto keys. They repaired a key fob for my Mazda Miata and made a spare key. They even went out to the car, tried the key fob and made sure it opened everything and then started the car with the new spare key. Great customer service and is now my go-to key place..

They're great! My husband had been communicating with them for about 2 weeks before we chose to use them to program a new key to our CX5. Denise and her daughter answered all of his questions & concerns. She made sure to call me when the equipment was in office and I ran right over. I brought my own key but they programmed it no problem in about 30 mins! Would definitely use them again no doubt!

My experience here was awesome. The family owned shop went above and beyond my expectations. They worked for 8 hours to get a copy of my key to work on a Chevy. The key would not work. In would definitely come here again and recommend this business to anyone. They got my key to work and ultimately saved me a lot of money. I would've had to go to a dealership.

Buyer beware! There is a service fee to come out but if you make a few minor adjustments and complete the job in three minutes, why would you charge an additional fee? Because you can get away with it! Highway robbery it was indeed. It was quick and easy alright. The price should be comparable to the service. $70 was outrageous price just to tighten screws. I can't support or recommend companies that gouge their customers.

Started off good with these people until they programmed my key to my car and messed my computer system up. I paid $65 for them to cut me a new key and program to my vehicle, I drove it for a few hours then my car ended up not starting. I Spoke with the gentleman (Owner) the previous day and he said he will come out to where my car is to REPROGRAM the key to see if that was the issue. I went to the store to pay him and his wife and daughter budded into our conversation with rudeness & no sort of respect cursing at me for no sort of reason. Thinking he will live up to his work he stated that he will not help me with my issue. If you guys are going to get your key cut anywhere DO NOT go to the locksmith on US1 by the McDonalds on prima vista. Their BAD BUSINESS & wont help you with no sort of issue they might have done to your vehicle once you pay them.

I just bought a new house and I needed a different key for each of the 3 doors my house has and couldn't ever figure out what key went where. I called Denise at All County and she sent someone out the day after I closed on my house. The technician was very prompt, friendly and knowlage able. I felt very comfortable alone with him in my home. Now all 3 doors, and 2 deadbolts are accessible by just 1 key. The staff member who answered the phone was very helpful and kept me updated as the technician was on the way. Louis, the locksmith, was very knowledgeable and was able to create a key for my car.
