This is the worst ever. DO NOT USE THEM. it is a scam. They come and charged a very high price them when o husband said he was going to call the boss they adjusted it a bit and asked us not to call the office. Then my toddler pushed the door the leads to a high patio off the hinges of the lock they installed. I called them immediately to come fix it and they told me text them pictures of it. Which I did. I then never heard back from them for the rest of the day and when I tried calling them it would go straight to voicemail. I had my husband called from his phone and it went through ( they blocked my number ). Again they requested for him to send pics and did nothing after receiving them or called back. We had to get a different locksmith to come. Honestly these people should not be aloud to do business.they deserve no stars just wasnt able to post unless you added a star

Sarasota locksmith saved my babys life,she was locked in my car on Main St. Sarasota,FL In front of elpanificios pizzaria, I accidentally locked my car door,I called Sarasota Locksmith they were there in 5 mins,had my car opened in less then 1 minute,I cant thank you enough for your quick response, to top it off they refused payment ,they said it was company policy when a baby is locked in a car they dont charge,Thank You so much. 5 STAR.

Website boasts 10-25 minutes but was told immediately it would be much more than that. The lady in dispatch was so apethetic too. There are way to many other options for service like this

Forgot to get my apartment key when dropping my car off for repairs. Dealership said they needed to keep my car overnight & I realized I was locked out when I got off work. I called Sarasota Locksmith but was not given a quote. Even after a 40 min wait, the tech couldn't give me a quote until he finished. After he finishes, I learn it cost me $200! I realize it was late at night, but that's more expensive than I've seen in California. Also, at no point did I need to prove my identity to the tech or that I lived there. Pretty sketchy.

I would NEVER recommend this company. They take advantage of people in the worst way. My friend was not given a quote, when she asked, and then was charged $150 for just a simple car door unlock. The worker showed up (45 minutes later, and she was only a mile or two from the listed location) and immediately began working on her car before talking with my friend. Afterwards, my friend tried to call and ask for a breakdown of the cost to help her understand why it was so much money. They refused to give her a cost breakdown and then hung up and proceeded to block her number so that she could not call back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED. I do NOT recommend this company and will not be using for future needs.

I would NEVER recommend. They took advantage of my friend. She was locked out of her car yesterday, they took 45 minutes to get to her and charged her $150 after advertising a lower price. When my friend called the business to share her experience, they hung up on her and blocked her number. We called from a second number to ask about pricing and they responded we charge $95-$125. When we started to explain the reason we were asking they hung up on us again. Terrible, unprofessional business and completely immoral. Do not use.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. I locked my keys in my car. I waited 3 times longer for the company to arrive than they stated. I was told I needed to talk to the man who unlocked my car for a price but when he arrived he began unlocking my car before I could speak with him. Then he charged me $150! When I called to talk with a manager they refused to transfer me, argued, hung up on me, and then blocked my phone. Do NOT use this company. Its a scam!!!

Locked my keys in my car friday night at work.it was very easy to get my keys out. My elderly mother called to arrange them to assist me and was paying over the phone. They would noy give her a price until the job was done and then charged her 250.00. They totally ripped her off. The man who came was nice but I asked for a price and he said he disnt know. After he was notified that the bill had been paid, I asked again how much was it. He told me to call my mother and drove away. I would not reccomend this company to anyone.
