The customer service is decent. Some are friendlier than others but I've never felt treated unjust. The prices are slightly pricier than the competitors but the quality is better than most. (I get key copies done here) My favorite part is if Trouble is there. (He is a beautiful orange cat who is there most of the time) Trouble is very friendly & will insist on you petting him.

I have a hard time doing business with a company that can not answer their telephone at 11 a.m. on a Wednesday. This is why mom and pop stores lose out to corporate companies. They don't understand the needs of other businesses that try to support their businesses.

Scheduled an appointment for 9:30-10:30 this morning ten days ago. When no one showed by 10:40 I called and left a message. At 11:00 I called again and this time the 'nice man' on the phone told me he should be here shortly. I asked him to call the technician and confirm. He called back and said they'd be at my house at 11:15. At 11:45 I called and cancelled. I took the morning off of work. Very unprofessional!

Not reliable. Prepaid for new locking system. Waited for them to show up the following week to install, did not show on Thursday like they said, called them on Friday and they said they hadn't ordered parts yet because I had not approved it. I told them, not only did I approve, I've already prepaid. They finally found that. Told me they would be out today to get it installed. Just called to say the day is getting late and no one is here yet (it really is an all day job for what we're having done) The gentleman on the phone told me that we aren't scheduled until tomorrow. Seriously bad way to do business. We shall see if they actually show up tomorrow or not.

Had an appointment for 10:00 on 5/19/17. Called at 10 to confirm. They said they'd be here between 10 and 12. Called at 12:30 since no one showed. They said they'd be here at 4:00. Called at 4:30 and they said they couldn't make it. Spent the whole day waiting for them. DO NOT USE.
