Needed to pick up painters tape for a job around the corner from there. 15$ for a roll painters tape. Ridiculous. Also needed some nuts,bolts,and washers for my grill. 85c a piece. If you like a reasonable price this is NOT the place for you.

We called yesterday to see if they had any masks and they had just got a shipment in. My husband rushed to go there to pick up the KN95 masks we were charged $10 per mask so a total of $40. I just feel that this was very much price gouging. Im thankful that they had them but honestly! Not feeling warm and fuzzy left a very bad taste in my mouth!

The people there are always so nice and they treat you like family. The prices are pretty high, but well worth it since they are always so helpful. Whenever my dad goes there while working on one of his projects (which we live right around the corner) they people are more than ready to help and seem genuinely interested in what he is working on.

Very disappointing experience with this shop today 8/8/2018. Called at around 12:45pm regarding wanting to get a pawn loan for some silver coins. Spoke with someone in pawn who said they would be interested in the coins. I also mentioned $ price I wanted for loan. Clarified he was interested in coins twice before hanging up and heading to shop. I got to this place at around 1:30pm and went to pawn desk. Was told by employee he remembers my call but it wasn't him that I spoke with.. He then calls the 'big boss' to ask about these coins.. He was unable to reach this guy and then tells me there is nothing he can do with the coins since hes never dealt with them before.. Proceeds to apologize that his boss left and wont be back all day and he cant reach him on phone... I left my job on unpaid lunch drove home and drove to this shop for nothing.. Waste of my time. Wont waste my time again there's always another pawn.

I looked literally everywhere for a part for my toilet . Not wanting to order a kit I didn't need just to get one part. None of the big stores like Lowe's had what I was looking for or were even willing to help me come up with a solution. So, I was driving around looking for a place that might be able to help and stopped in at Crowder. I was greeted by smiling friendly faces and a willingness to help me come up with a solution and it worked. Thank you so much for finally bringing my toilet terror to an end. You guys are the best.

Overpriced on everything. From what I've determined from asking around and doing my own research, it seems the employees can be racist and also seem to discriminate against customers under 50. The pawn shop is shady as well.Every time I've been to this store I've felt like an unwanted visitor, not a customer. I've personally been rushed around and shepherded to the door. It's obvious they aren't interested in making repeat customers or lasting relationships with the local community. Everyone on here who has given a good review should let the rest of us in on how or why your experience is so different. I'm a polite, well dressed gentleman in his late 30s who knows his way around a hardware store and doesn't poke around or dilly-dally and yet I can't get so much as a 'thank you come again' out of anyone at Crowders. Recently, I was taking photos to post here as part of my duties as a Google guide and was rudely told to stop by an employee. When I explained what I was doing, I might as well have been speaking another language. I was told not to post any pictures online. Of course- Your results may vary.

The prices are a little higher than most other places but it is clean and you can usually find what you need fairly easily. It's a good place to stop on the south side of Spring Hill if you don't have time to get up to Lowes or Home Depot.

I've been shopping there for years and I always buy something the majority of the time and they still follow me around the store like I'm going to steal something. I liked the idea of promoting a local smaller businesses but it's hard when they do things like this. Their prices are very high any ways so now I only shop there when I absolutely have to.

My house A/C stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. It needed a simple fix. The fan capacitor went bad. I went to Lowe's and Home Depot with no luck. Called A/C company's either they were closed or they don't sell parts. I called Crowder brother's and they had it!! And the service i got when i went to the store was great. Thank you Crowder brother's you saved me a lot of money !!!
