I grew up in St. Augustine so I remember Village Key even before they entered the alarm business. We had an issue with our alarm system (not even installed by Village Key and Alarm) and they responded to my call for assistance in less than 24 hours. Zack was the technician and he was a talented, knowledgeable and personable employee who fixed our problem and even helped me understand the system better than before. We will definitely use Village Key and Alarm again if the need arises and will highly recommend them to all of our friends and family. Thanks Zach for a great job!

Bad service with attitude...they.could not do job....complained. key blank not bought From them.....but attempted to code blank. Could not get it work. Even after they cut it....charged me for finished job.....so out money...and key doesn't work......guess going to dealer of car. Way to go. But not to this key shop. AND AFTER NOT HAVING KEY CUT CORRECTLY....WAS TOLD KEY BLANK I BROUGHT THEM, WAS NOT PROGRAMMABLE.....NEXT DAY I CONTACTED 'POP A LOCK'...THEY PROMPTLY ARRIVED AND RECUT KEY PROPERLY, AND PROGRAMED THAT KEY. AND GAVE ME A NON CLICK KEY..FOR EMERGENCY....A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THANKS 'POP A LOCK, ST.AUGUSTINE.....

I Would not recommend this place at all! I had one good experience and from there the customer service was trash! I was talked down to by Dylan for not being mechanically inclined even though his knowledge was little to none. He was very rude despite our concerns. He also charged me after telling me the key I had made would not work! Please save yourself the time of even considering going to this place. Skip the village and stick to the city.

On vacation and lost the keys to the cable lock on the Yakima car bike rack. Also had a second cable lock. Young man came out and picked both of the locks and made a key to fit the cable lock on the Yakima rack. Didnt have to destroy the cable! Very agreeable to work with with prompt service and reasonable price.

This place is awesome,the guys there are the best locksmiths I ever met!My car key is perfect,good and not expensive! The dealership wasapp charging about $50 for the car key! OMG! I highly recommend this place! I'm happy like a kid with a new toy! ;)

I have an older but high-quality 3-drawer lockable cabinet that I got from a family member but they had no keys. The lock face code did not help in finding replacement keys on the internet, so I brought it to Chris at VKA; within a couple of days, he had re-keyed the unit and now my wife has a great lockable cabinet for her classroom - at LESS THAT COST of ordering keys had they been available! Trust the pros at VKA - and thank you Chris for your excellent work!
