Gino was extremely friendly and worked quickly, but also explained what he was doing. I was afraid it would take awhile to have someone come after getting locked out the house, however Gino answered quickly and was already in the area. You could tell he came immediately after finishing previous job. Up front about cost and the different scenarios. In the end he did a great job and would definitely call him again if I ever get locked out again.

Gino is great. Shortly after relocating to Nocatee with young children, we needed help in having our locks replaced (front door, garage, back door) as well as securing our second-floor balcony doors and windows. We asked him a lot of questions about options, and Gino calmly provided us with different choices, taking into account cost, quality, reliability. When in doubt, he offers suggestions based on his 30+ years of experience being a locksmith. He seems to like what he does, so hes not bothered if you ask him this or that about different lock options. His services were very competitive cost-wise and were extremely happy with the end result of the locks that he installed in our home. Our balcony doors are now secure for our kids and our locks match throughout our house. Its all very solid work. Thanks Gino! We would absolutely recommend him to other families and individuals.

I needed to have a deadbolt installed on my metal door which already had the hole for the 1 bolt in the door edge but not the hole for a deadbolt through the door. The predrilled hole for a bolt wasnt deep enough for the 1 bolt to go into the striker and into the steel door frame so that had to be cut deeper. Gino (apparently he didnt have a saw to cut the bolt hole deeper) ended up drilling the side of the steel door frame out and now that he drilled the side of the frame out, the integrity of the door frame and deadbolt is now compromised and missing all of the support/security it provided when it was in tact. A saw blade to cut steel should've been used to cut the original hole through the striker deeper but he DRILLED both the side of the steel door frame and then the hole for the bolt so now the side of the door frame is drilled out to where you can look straight thru and see the 1 bolt! I told him that wasnt done correctly so he put a small grey metal cover thats held in place with two screws to cover it up...but again thats just so you cant see the side has been drilled out. As it is now, the only support/security for the door/deadbolt is the rectangle striker that came with the deadbolt. It definitely shouldn't be like this and I wish I could post the pictures here but I cant!

We got locked out of our house by our 2.5yr old, and called Jax Locksmith Solutions. He came out right away, and was able to get us inside quickly. BUT, when he first arrived and gave us an initial quote, he was charging for lock work on BOTH the top and bottom locks (both were locked). In the end, he was able to drill out the top lock and pop the door open with the bottom lock still intact. We were so grateful he was able to save it, but he refused to remove the charge for the 2nd lock. Thankful and feeling taken advantage of all at the same time...
