My wife and I can't begin to thank Adam enough. God bless our son, but he's lost and replaced enough keys for everyone in the neighborhood to have their own key. Thankfully, Adam was able to assist us with not just new keys, but also a new way to enter our house without the fear of him losing keys. Was locked out of my apartment when my keypad lock, which I installed myself with my apartment complex's permission, decided to glitch. When I called the first time, they alerted me that due to the design of my lock, they would probably need to drill a hole through the lock, meaning I would need to get a new lock. Good news is, I still had the original lock kept in storage! So they (super friendly gentleman whose name I don't recall by the way) drilled through my lock I installed myself and reinstalled the original lock, and I was able to get back into my apartment without any issues! I called them around 9 PM in the heart of the COVID-19 crisis when there was a 10 PM curfew. I was terrified that rates were going to skyrocket amidst the chaos, but they didn't!

Awesome experience. As a real estate agents keys and access can become quite the nightmare a literal bane to the existence of our industry. It is especially frustrating when agents cant follow directions and locks everyone out of the house. Luckily, thats what Florida doctor is for!
