Supposed to be an authorized stihl dealer, the tech didn't even look at my saw gave excuses and and the manager gave excuses for him . Stihl corporate wasn't happy as to how I was treated, ace just lost a customer I wont ever go back

I received exceptional service this past Saturday morning from Casey. Brought my Stihl chainsaw in for a new chain, he took it a step further and checked and repaired issues , and had me out the door in twenty minutes. The price charged was very reasonable and I was very appreciative of the fast and friendly service . Lori was also very friendly to chat with while waiting for the repair.
