Keith showed up with the wrong parts to fix the locks on my roll top desk. Hardware was the wrong finish, polished brass vs antique brass, and neither door lock or drawer lock would fit. Rather than come back with the right parts, Keith shaved wood from the tambor door and wrapped the drawers catch plate with duct tape t make it hang low enough to stick. I paid $110, said good bye only to discover that neither worked. I had to put the old keyless hardware back on, stain the areas routed by the dremel tool just to get back to where I was before he started only $110 lighter in the wallet and my desk looking more beat up! Keith was pleasant and nice but his work was absolutely awful. NEVER AGAIN. This company sub-contracts work. Buyer Beware!!!

Lots of businesses to choose from on google, but selected this one based on the largest volume of positive reviews. Could not believe how fast they came out...we're talking 15 minutes from the time I called! Fixed the front door lock of our business without issue. Professional, QUICK and super nice. Will certainly use again!
