I used Bensons several times when I needed new keys made. Prompt great service, all their keys fit right from the first time and theres no need to come back for adjustments. Today I had a problem with my lock, it stopped opening from the outside and the inside. Bensons technician came promptly to my address, replaced the bad bolt with a new one and made the necessary adjustments. Quick, efficient, high quality work, very fairly priced. Great job! Highly recommended!

After going to The Dealership two times and consulting another Locksmith in town, I went to Benson's hoping for a 'Hail Mary.' Jez, was so helpful! She told me what to get so she could help me. Three days later, I show up with what I thought I was suppose to get only to find out, I had ordered the wrong type of Key Fob. I was about to give up, but Jez was not! Not only did Jez fix my immediate situation, she also set me up with a spare key from my parts & pieces. I used Benson's exclusively in the early 90's as a Real Estate assistant and never had a problem. Why I didn't think of them first in this situation, I don't know, but I can tell you, if you have ANY key, car key/fob situation, CALL BENSON'S FIRST!!! Thank you so much for helping me & saving me a ton of money!!!

I have used Benson's many times ( I keep handing out too many keys), shows up when he says he going to be there, does a great job and quickly too. I thought his rate was competitive. Sometimes you have to wait, they seem pretty busy, but so far it has been worth the wait.

Nice store with knowledgeable people but rather on the high-end for service calls. I postponed to change all my locks for some time until somethings (?) comes up because of the high expenses.
