He is incredibly knowledgeable and detailed in his work. Marian is always friendly and helpful when I called the office. They are both very responsive and professional....highly recommended!

Very expensive. Charges $6.00 to make a key, when you can go across the street to Home Depot, and have one made for $1.95. In addition, they charge 2 to 3 times the price that Home Depot charges for the same locks. Save money-use Home Depot.

Very rude and said 'go somewhere else!! You mean you cant come to my house and perform unlock service?!?!...thats what you cant do?? So what are you in business for?Dont waste time. Go somewhere else.

Very fast and friendly - I took a disassembled lock from my front door (disassembled when I was 'fixing' it.). Within 10 minutes I was on my way with my newly assembled lock, ready for installation at home.
