I would not call this company at all. The price is most definitely not worth the time they put in How does any company charge a $90 service fee on top of an excessive cost on parts that took only a few minutes to replace. I understand that a company needs to make money and pay for all the overhead. However, there is a right way and wrong way into making money. This company purely does it the wrong way. Most service company usually waives the service fee when the work is being done. And if they dont the service fee is no more than $35!!!! This was a normal business hour call. Not after hours or the weekend. We wont call this company and I will most definitely let everyone know how terrible my experience was with them.After speaking with the manager he agreed that NO ONE stated the service fee. And that basically they can make up if it is an emergency call or not and charge you anywhere from $60-$90. I will most definitely spread how these people are no ones to do business with.and just and FYI dont try to lie and say your guy was out there working on my door for 35 minutes. I will gladly send you the 8:3 mins of camera footage of your technician working on my door and no there was not any miscommunication on our part. The neglect to communicate the service call fee was very dishonest. Anyone charging an service fee should always be up front with that with any consumer. It would make you more reputable.

I needed to get a chip key made for my truck and called Capitol Lock and Door. They informed me that they do not do automobile keys and they called Kenny (with AA Lock and Key) while I was on the phone (and gave the cost). They gave Kenny my contact info and Kenny called me right away. He was at my house in about 30 minutes or so, made and programmed my key. He billed me the price quoted. With so many bait and switch locksmiths, it was a pleasure dealing with both Capitol Lock and Key as well as AA lock and key! Great service and reasonable pricing.

I finally found a Locksmith that actually has a walk in store. I must have called at least 10 numbers that said they were local but they were all mobile. No stores even though there are addresses listed for them. Capital Lock and Door has a nice store in downtown Acworth. They were very knowledgeable and was able to cut some keys for me that actually worked! I would highly recommend this store!

There aren't too many happy occasions for calling a locksmith. When I was in a pickle, Capital L&D had Kenny call me right away to help rekey my car. To expedite things, he had me send him my VIN number and was able to get me a new key extremely quickly. Not only did the new key work, but it was much better than my 15+ year old rounded off one. He is a skilled craftsman and an overall good guy that I couldn't be more thankful for. We're lucky to have such a talent and gentleman in the Acworth area! Thanks Kenny and Capital L&D for helping me out!

Kenny did a fantastic job rekeying my Lexus RX 300, he ordered the keys, and Lazer cut my new keys and programmed them in the parking lot of my office. He was courteous and professionally dressed, communication skills were good, took my credit card and texted me a receipt. The price was very fair, and much better customer service than a dealership. If you need a good solid reputable locksmith then I highly suggest that you ask them to send Kenny. If I'm in this need again or know of someone who needs a locksmith your company will be first on my mind.. thanks for the great service.

I called you store yesterday on a sunday i was surpirsed that you were open. My son locked his keys in his car. The guy on the phone told me he would have the locksmith call me back. Within two minutes the locksmith Kenny called me and was at my house within 15 minutes. He is very professional and told me he did not want to brake the glass by using the air pump because my son has a convertable. He explained to me in detail the glass has no frame around it and it would be possible that the glass might brake. He took his time and actually made a key to my door by hand in the cold. He did not charge me anything extra then what i was quoted on the phone. I have put your phone number in my phone and i suggest everyone should do the same. Thank you again for outstanding service
