Hands down the best service! We were in a jam locked out of our camper on a cross country trip (and it was after hours too). Found the number online and called and met up with Wally who was super nice and had our camper open in about 15 seconds. I highly recommend J.C Acworth Locksmith!!

I needed to have my office doors re-keyed due to staffing changes. They came out within hours of me calling them. Locksmith was super friendly, professional, and quick. Price seemed very fair. I would absolutely use them again (although I hope I won't need to, LOL).

My husband went out of town and accidentally took both sets of keys. I called J.C Acworth because I needed to get our carseat out of the car. The locksmith arrived quickly and worked very hard in the hot sun. When he couldn't get my car open he brought in a second technician and didn't charge me for the first hour of work. Really nice guys, and the ultimate price was very reasonable. Would absolutely call again.

Was helped by J.C Acworth Locksmith and everything went as expected. When another place couldn't program my 'after market' remotes, I was able to get them programmed here and get another set of car keys made for a very reasonable price! I definitely recommend these guys over going to the over-priced dealers!

Buyer beware, I did not ask the price prior to them sending out a technician and it ended up being $129.00 to retrieve my niece's keys that she accidentally locked in her car. The young man was very nice and did a good job so he personally gets 5 stars just make certain to ask the price before committing.

They are just poor. Called to get a locked unlocked and boy did they take so long. They told me 30 minutes. Cool right? Nah. An hour goes by and nothing. Then I get a call saying oh just 10 more minutes. Guess what nope. The guy said he is in my area but he was in the wrong area. Apparently the boss gave him a wrong address so the guy was by exit 20. I had to wait over 2 hours for them to come out. He took 2 minutes to get it done and charged about 140 for the job. I asked for a discount and the guy said no. I guess being 2 hours late doesn't get you anything. So I called the place and told a lady what happened and guess what????? She told me she will call me back and I've been waiting 2 hours for the call back. They are just a joke of a company. If you want someone to get the job done and charges way less, call locksmith ta instead.

This is a terrible company. Everything was bad guy does up stays for 5 minutes tell me he had to go grab the right key 4 0. Charged me $225. Then I just find out here broke my trunk in the process.. and also they refuse to answer my calls now

J.C.Acworth Locksmith was fast and efficient. They scheduled us in right away. They rekeyed 2 doors and changed out the locks for an old basement door as well as a sliding door. David, The technician, was wonderful. He made sure everything worked perfectly and was extremely professional. I highly recommend this business

We had an old Grisham storm door lock that had no key that we wanted to get for extra security. Problem was the manufacture was charging an arm and a leg to replace the lock pad or even door as they had suggested so I called J.C Acworth Locksmith. He came right away to see if he could get a key. Thing is this is a very old storm door. He had to remove the whole part and leave to try and find a key to then create one for me. And he did all that in about 2 hours if that. Came back, had 3 keys for me and put the part back like nothing happened. I couldnt believe this issue that I thought would require replacing the entire storm door was resolved so quickly and efficiently. And very reasonably priced. He was also friendly and nice. Would use them again for any locksmith and key issues!

Ive been waiting for hours and hours and the guy keeps telling me that he is 5-10 minutes away, only to wait an extra hour. He then calls again and says hes 5 min away after I constantly called their office only to wait an extra hour until he finally arrived. This company will not last at this rate and I will never use them again

I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional company than I did today. I got locked out of my house. I called this locksmith and spoke with a woman at 5:21PM. As I was about to ask about the estimated price range, she cut me off by saying a tech would call me shortly. I decided to wait and ask the tech. 30 minutes later and no phone call. My boyfriend calls a DIFFERENT locksmith company, and was told the same, that a tech would call shortly. I called the first company back. Upon answering the woman very quickly said something that I didn't catch. I didn't hear anything else. I hung up and called back. This time as she answered I heard her ask for me to hold. Cool, no problem. Then she hung up on me... Called back and spoke to a man who ended up hanging up on me after he asked me to hold... At this point, I'm fuming. I finally was able to actually talk to the woman around 5:50ish-6:00ish. She stated that a tech was 15 minutes away. The other company my boyfriend talked to called back and we told them we had it handled. We continued waiting until 6:20ish. I called them to see what was going on and the woman told me that I told her tech that we didn't need him!!!! After double checking the numbers, I called her back and explained that I didn't even talk to a tech. My boyfriend did, but it was a completely separate company! I told her we still needed a tech. All she said was that she would send him. My BOYFRIEND gets a call from the tech who is '30 minutes' away... The tech finally shows up around 7:40ish and doesn't have ANYTHING! He didn't have a drill, a pick, or even his work van!!! The guy had to leave and go to Home Depot/Wal-Mart (wherever he ended up going) to BUY A DRILL. After everything we were finally in our house after 8:00PM and the guy charged us $120. He then knocked off a whole $20... Absolutely ridiculous! I will break a window before I EVER use this company again.

I called because I had lost my fob car key and my other key wasnt working as well, not only did he show me a trick over the phone on how to start my car, but also fixed the battery for me so that my extra key would work and was nice enough not to charge me Highly recommend!!!

Horrible experience the guy will lie about how much he will charge and will charge you double and I had to help him get in my truck he didn't know what he was doing.. I just did have any tools never use you again 185.00 for 10 sec and I showed you what to do

Locked my keys in my car so I figured I'd call a professional to help me out. The lady answering my call said a tech would call me shortly. 40 min went by so I called back to see what the deal was. She said a tech would call me right away. Another 15 min went by before that happened but whatever. Even at that point I wasn't too annoyed. The tech said he'd be here in 20-30 minutes. After about 45 minutes went by, I took to YouTube for diy methods. After about an hour and 15 minutes after the tech told me he'd be here in 20-30, I managed to get the thing unlocked myself. Very frustrating. This company had a customer willing to give you his business but instead, figured out how to take care of it myself 2 hours after I first called them.

Called service department and they stated $35 trip charge plus $25 labor. Sounded reasonable. The lock smith arrived and took 3 seconds to open door, which Im fine with btw. You get paid more for what you know. However the technician demanded $170 for the service. I have had my keys locked in my car a couple of times in the 37 years on this planet and it has always cost around $100. $170 is a far cry from the $60 stated by answering service. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. ******DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH THEY ARE **********************CHEATS***********************

Horrible serive!! Yeah they will come out and unlock your car but whenever they feel like it.. I dont know how 20 minutes can turn into an hour and a half. Also the customer service is pathetic the person who picks up the phone lies about the arrival time and price quote.. When i called back to figure things out she wasnt there and some guy who cant speak English says talk to the technician.. What makes it so funny is he didn't have a clue what was said in the office.. Im shocked they are even a company.. I did not expect the unprofessionalism i hope future customers pay for quality timing and customer service.. If so they WILL be out of business.

I will NEVER do business with this company again. I called requesting a quote. Told them it was a double cylinder lock to be re-keyed and was told it was $36 each and a $19 service charge. She insisted later she told me 'starting at', but regardless...a double cylinder lock is a double cylinder lock...there should not be a 'starting' price. I also wanted a new lock installed and did not write down the price she gave me for that, but I remember calculating it would be around $100 for everything. I called at 8:37am and was told David (technician) would be calling me right back. 20 minutes later he called stating he'd be there within 30 minutes which meant by 9:30. He called at 10:15am to tell me traffic was bad and he'd be there within 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later he showed up and told me the job will be $500. Because it was already almost 11am, and I needed it done that day, I 'negotiated' with him to do the 2 doors for $150--didn't include installing the new lock. I knew I was getting ripped off, but didn't want the hassle of trying to find someone else. Keep in mind, the first place I called was going to be $30 per door. They charged me $65 per door so over double what the other company was going to charge me. I asked the technician after his 10 minutes of work--literally that's all it took him, what makes one double cylinder lock different from another to have to have a 'starting' fee. He couldn't really answer that and then said well, labor. I'm like you don't give a price quote and not include labor! This place SUCKS when it comes to customer service because they are misleading and know people that call them are desperate. They take advantage of people which is why the first place couldn't come for a day and these people were available immediately--although I use that word loosely. P.S. Both the technician and office personnel were defensive. You are only defensive if you know you're wrong.
