I called the first time to ask for a quote , the price I felt like was too high; then I called around and realized they are the only place closest to me. I called them back and went straight to voicemail, I thought ok must be busy , BUT NO because I called from my own phone number on several different occasions at different times. So, I called from my number again and I still got voicemail, then two secs later used a friends phone... they answered and obvious dumbfounded it was me because when I called the first time they picked up and I told them who I was and this man put me on hold and then commence to hangup , I called from my original number again and still voicemail, then I used my friend phone at the SAME TIME... and then the man answered then commence to tell me its a 2 hr wait but they just open? They blocked my number from calling but youre supposed to be a business? This is based on my experience and on the professionalism of the PRE-service , I was denied service for writing this review , because of my honest experience I received over the phone.

Awesome locksmith! He came to my house and made new remotes and keys for my 20 year old car after the repair shop lost my keys. Very reasonable prices. (Of course, the repair shop has to reimburse me.) Very quick and efficient service. I highly recommend.

Just locked my keys in my car, and he showed up within a hour of me calling him. The price is fixed, he doesnt lie on the phone about the price. He also called me again, letting me know he was 15 minutes away. Arrived, unlocked my car, and I paid him. It was very stress free, and I now have his number saved.

Called because my husband locked his keys in the car. The receptionist told me that the locksmith would call my husband in about 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed and no one had called, so I called back. The receptionist reassured me that we would receive a call soon. So, I called back to cancel the locksmith. The locksmith still showed up wanting money just for coming out, and not doing the job. My husband got someone on his job to open the car door. Never again will I call this company.

I contacted this business and had the very bad experience dealing with Hamza (I believe that's his name?) Basically I paid him in CASH to cut and program a new car key, but he categorically refused to finish the job and pretty much ran with my money on an incomplete job. I was left with a useless key and out of my money. If I had paid with a debit/credit card, I would have disputed. HIGHLY UNETHICAL!! If I could leave negative 5 stars, I would. Definitely would NOT recommend. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND THEIR SHADY PRACTICES!!! You have been warned.

I was quoted a totally different price than my boyfriend. I believe because I am a female I was taken advantage off,I didnt realize till afterwards when I spoke to my boyfriend and he said the price he was quoted was way less,not only that but I was told I would get service between 2-3pm the guy didnt even show up till after 4pm which was extremely unprofessional especially since I had appointments I needed to get to.I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere dont waste your time or your money.These people are scammers.

Maybe it was a fluke, but I requested someone come unlock my car yesterday. After waiting twice the amount of time they told me it would take to come get my car open, I called to cancel because I had an appointment to get to. Instead of being understanding, I was cursed out by the driver and then harassed by his dispatcher. Not really interested in doing business with people that can't treat me with the same respect I give them.
