This processes was so much easier and less expensive than I was expecting. I was followed up with in a timely manner, notified 20 minutes before their arrival, and he was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Overall very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. Definitely recommend!

Sieva the locksmith 1) called back 2) quoted an ETA 3) arrived on time. Tried to program 2 key transponders i bought on- line to no avail, not his fault, cheap transponders. He went ahead and cut it to shape anyway to use. (Both of them just as keys) Sold me one that did work. Altogether with two cut and one remote key cost as much as one dealer key would have been. ALSO, he waited a few minutes for my other vehicle to arrive to try programing that fob and that one didn't work. All in all great work and very patient. Definitely using him again. I have another car to get spares for and retry another one. Thank you Sieva and Crown Locksmiths.

So thankful. Needed a new key on an antique classic car on short notice. Crown was the ONLY locksmith that would confidently accept the job and did so with great to-the-point communication. No BS or run around. The issue was handled quickly and the service was very polite and professional. Beware; going to other companies. Amazing service and extremely friendly! I locked my keys in my car at night. When I called and he said he could be there within 10-15 mins in rush hour. After about 10 minutes, he called to give me an ETA letting me know there was a little more traffic than anticipated but would be there as quickly as possible. He arrived and was able to unlock my car in a matter of minutes. I can't thank him enough. His pricing is more than fair. I will be using Crown Locksmith in the future for both personal and business reasons.

I Lost my key to my Schlage smart Lock. I called Crown Locksmith to see if they could make a key without a key. He asked for a little more info on lock and stated he could do it. Courteous, professional, reasonable and quick. After having called one locksmith, and waiting for more than two hours for a locksmith to arrive at my home and help me, I called this locksmith. Within 30 minutes of calling the locksmith showed up. He listened to what I needed and went straight to work. He fixed all the locks (4) on the necessary doors. He was polite and respectful. If and when I need a locksmith again, I will immediately call this one. He's my go to locksmith for sure.

After the locksmith called 30 or so minutes ahead of the specified window saying he'd be their soon I thought everything would go well. An hour and a half later, they've missed the window and when I called the locksmith to reschedule he didn't seem to get that I couldn't stick around or the whole 'I need to reschedule now' thing. Also, didn't seem to care they'd inconvenienced me by missing the specified window. My recommendation, take your business elsewhere.
