Went to this shop during my lunch hour to make a copy of a key for my Nissan. While walking into the shop (down the hallway, from the back) a woman looked at me sideways from an adjacent room. She trots out to the service area and asked me what I wanted. I told her I need a copy of a key, and took my key out. From 20 feet away, she asked me if I drove that Nissan to the shop. I told her 'no' I was driving a different car. She immediately told me they couldn't copy the key unless I was driving the car. Excuse my acronym, but WTF? Does she think I need a copy so I can go steal the car?? This is absurdity and prejudice at it's best. Stay away from this place!

This is the worst business I have ever been to. Never have a been treated with such disrespect in my entire life If you go to this place you are literally crazy it is so bad and the man who runs it is evil. I hate this place they messed up my order so badly and wouldnt fix it. I am truly disgusted by this business and that people still go to it I cannot believe I wasted so much of my time and money here. Horrible

I called 3 locksmiths in or near Decatur and asked for prices to replace an ignition key and two door only keys for my Jeep. This company was the most expensive at $85 compared to $65 and $75. One of the others was a little farther and one was obviously new at making keys as a sideline.I opted for the more expensive one seemingly more professional. I asked if I needed an appointment. Was told no and to come by the next day between 9-5. I stopped in the next morning and told the lady what I wanted. She said that the real locksmith was on an urgent job right at his desk on the side of the room and could not do it but she called a young guy to look for the proper key blank. He located one and it was not my ignition key but it would open the door. I repeated that I was there for an ignition key. The real locksmith raised his head an said that an ignition key would be $95. I said I was quoted $85 the day before by phone. The lady said that she remembered talking to me but said that she never told me that I could come the next day since they were so busy. I begged to differ and assured her I would not have come if I been told I couldn't get the key. Then she said that their machine was not working consistently but they could make the door key. I said no that wasn't what I came for. I said that I needed an ignition key and why didn't she tell me about the machine problem on my phone call. The real locksmith raised his head again and said that if I didn't want the door key to just not get anything. I said okay and left wondering what on earth had just happened? This was no way to run a locksmith business and it was certainly not a professional one. Be careful if your time is precious and you really need the right key.

Done doing business with this company. Asked them to duplicate my previous order and they failed to ship keys with duplicate order. Called the company and was told what they feel I did wrong. Phone call order is not sufficient. Practically demanded and email to order. Did not offer solution, focused on the problem. Use who you want Atlanta, my business will be with someone else.

I am giving this company 5 stars even though I have not used them. There is another place in Decatur called Decatur Locksmith and Safe: DO NOT USE THEM!!! Go to these guys, They quoted me the honest range and were honest about the estimated time for arrival. Unfortunately since the other place lied about price I went with them against my better judgment and was HIGHLY disappointed for the mistake. USE THESE GUYS!!!!

When I asked why the locksmith scheduled did not show up at the scheduled time they apologized and send they would send one later in that day, what they failed to mention was that I would be charged the after hour price! They came on their own time schedule and charged me for it!!!! NEVER again. I tried to give no star but it wouldn't let me post
