They certainly lost on a lot of business with my connections as a Realtor, as I always hire the same company for my properties. I considered the weather as factor. Price too high and we were practically forced to pay whatever he quoted because it was an emergency. take it or leave it was his attitude, had to use the money we scrambled for food. A stranger on the street would have charged me nothing, and he charged me everything i had to use a bag and 3 seconds of his time. scammed, our people!

The service provided was prompt and reliable. After a discrepancy with the price I am more than satisfied with the outcome. I had more of an emergency when I requested the services and I felt as if I was taken advantage of due to my circumstances at the time. I didn't know that with the type of vehicle I had Mike who is also the owner had to do a little bit more to get into my vehicle to assure it wouldn't relock itself. Being the pro he is it took no more than 3 mins to get in and he reset my locks. After my complaint I was contacted by Ms.Williams who was so nice and apologetic to my concerns I ended up telling her my entire story. She was so sweet and made me feel important and it was genuine. In the end I was refunded my money just for my frustrations that had nothing to do with them and given 20% off any residential services. I appreciate the diligence shown to make this better for me even though it was unnecessary. MJ's Locksmiths has a customer for life. I recommend them to any and everyone.
