Excellent! I had a problem with an old keyfob not working after trying new batteries. It was our last key and we could not start the car or unlock the doors either. OMG this woman is amazing. So before I purchased my recent car, I was on the bus and noticed this establishment in passing. My initial thought was 'I wonder how much business she get'. Fast forward close to six months later, I was in need of her services. She was so professional, helpful, and understanding. I needed to get my car out of the parking lot of a nearby Walmart and she cut a key and waited for me to return. Her exact words 'I don't like see our women out here like this'. She didn't know me and from the kindness in her heart she made sure that I was back up and running. Thank you soooooooo much Ma'am, I know this review is late, yet it's still valid.

If I could award 10 stars, I would def do it. A few days ago, I called multiple locksmiths. One company never answered. Another company dispatched reps from many other companies and it became problematic when one person refused to travel to my home/wouldnt give a price range, etc., while another (misinformed) came out and was not prepared to do the drilling requirements I needed. He was to return to do the job, but I never heard back from him...So, two days later, I searched the internet & ran across The Key Lady (in College Park). I made a call, she answered (I wasnt sent to vm), I explained what I needed & I received same day service on installation (drilling and placement) on a double sided deadbolt lock. Her reliability, professionalism, craftsmanship, expertise, and timeliness are beyond commendable. If you want a locksmith job done, dont waste your time with the rest...women do it better, and The Key Lady does it best!!!

Ms.Jackie is the best she came to save me I thought my starter went out because the car was turning over but wouldnt start. I got it towed to a shop they and they did a diagnostic and turned out it was my key transponder. They were trying to charge $500 dollars for the key cut program and the diagnostic. I told them Ill pay for the diagnostic but I gotta get me a key. Call the dealership they wanted $400 just for the key. Enter Ms. Jackie she SAVED me. She smart and hardworking. Shes the only person Ill call again when comes to making keys for house or car.
