Outstanding service for install of new front door. Appraiser came out in a reasonable time, sent a timely estima, and said they'd be able to install the new door, closer, and mail slot no later than Friday. I expected they'd be here in the next week because nobody comes when they say they will these days. Anyway, today is Thursday before the Friday that was promised and everything is done professionally and at a fair price.

Been using A&A for years! I just turned my carport into a garage. I did everything myself except the garage door and Im no carpenter, much less a garage door installer. As always these guys were super helpful on telling me what I needed framed on the opening (sent me pictures!) and wires that I need to run and have ready for their tech. Well tech arrived promptly last Tuesday and man I was excited to see my carport that I framed into a garage become a garage! The tech called and said hed be there in 5 minutes, he lied and was there in 2 minutes... seriously. He was professional all the way and knocked out the entire install in 2 hours. Customer service is BEYOND 5 stars, install was clean and very professional, overall I cant say anything that wasnt great. I just installed my garages rear enterance door and I know wholl be getting me the locks to match my homes other locks. I would t hesitate to use these guys, never a bad experience with them and always a good price for the quality work they do.

After spending over 8,500 plus dollars with this company we have been very happy; until last week all the good service went out the window by way of a staff member/manager. Without confirmed schedule and arrival phone notice the company technician should up and start ripping our electrical wiring out of the ground. This day our gate was working fine; but he decided charge us for something that was not under warranty; never had a electrical problem, and he did not knock on our door or call as we have always requested. After speaking to the owner about the matter things got even worst. The owner comments was: 'you and your wife need better communication in your house' I was shock to say the least; all this over his staff member error and scheduling communication. We ask for him to come back to clean up the mess and complete the service he said NO!

I manage 80 acres of commercial real estate near Hartsfield Jackson Airport. We have several buildings, and most have older door and latch systems. I have had A&A out to fix doors on different buildings no less than six times. They have always arrived promptly, acted professionally, and have at times, due to the age of our doors, had to use creative methods to save me a fortune in replacing a door. I have also found their pricing to be more than reasonable.I have them saved in my phone and would highly recommend them to anyone. I glanced at some of the poor reviews, and it seems like a lot of people may not understand that getting a copy of a copy of another key, may result in a bad copy. Don't let that sway you. These guys are awesome.

Great service, but after getting a bad key copy from this place, I had to get a copy made. I made 2 more from the original. Both copies did not work. Won't go back. Even though not expensive, close to me, and friendly. Useless to make keys if the new ones don't work

Terrible, Would Never Use Them again. I was told that my job would be complete in 2 weeks, it was a custom job. Now I'm going on almost 1 1/2 months job still isn't complete.. If you need your job done in a timely fashion, I recommend staying away from these guys..

IMy door key fell off the ring.I called this company.because it is in my neighborhood. TRYING TO SPEND MONEY HERE. I was tokd it would be 165.00 for them to open the door.No key.I didnt know how wicket locksmith companies are.They prey on your crisis and overcharge 3 to 4 times because they know you are desperate to get back in their homes.Legal criminals.

Overpriced & aweful customer service!!!! I called to have a key made Saturday morning at about 8 o'clock a.m. the technician arrived about an hour and a half later. Once he arrived it took him a minute to cut the key and then once he was able to cut the key he couldn't program the key so he had to make another key this key wouldn't unlock the door so therefore he had to make a third key the third key he made it was kind of hard to start the ignition he said that a news technician would come out and recut the key so it will work a little smoother I called the office around 1 p.m. to let them know what the technician said I was told that they will call the technician and give me a call back no one ever called me back I called them back around 3:30 and ask them about this incident and I was told that a technician will give me a call no one called back I'll call back around 7 o'clock p.m. to see when would the technician arrive the technician or can i get some type of refund because I can't get in my car the key doesn't work (and i need to call another locksmith bc I have kids work etc) and I get hung up on. I was told 'I wasn't the one I was speaking with' it doesnt matter you work for this company and I'm a paying customer and I deserve a great customer service & respect I'm paying ur bill @ the end of the day. I called back and ask to speak with someone and ask why was I hung up on she told me she was on the other line speaking to a technician and hung up on me to bad bad bad customer service!!!!! I cannot wait to talk to the owner on Monday and I will have another review after I speak with him hopefully something can and will be done!!!! I'm sick of paying people bills and they have bad customer service this makes no sense

We had different people come out 3 times all claiming the solution was different than the guy before. Then the wrong parts were ordered TWICE. This company also tries to get you to pay before the actual work is done. So when the work actually was less than originally thought they will not respond to you to get some of the money back. Not trustworthy, not knowledgeable.
