Unprofessional behavior! I needed someone to help me change the locks to my property. I was working out of town so, obviously, cannot be there in person. Jennifer at the front desk said it was ok if my spouse, brother, sister, relative or friend is there if they did the work. I don't have any relatives in town, but I had worked with the Spalding County Sheriff's Department before and knew someone there. They were willing to offer the service of being there when the locks were re-keyed. A person of authority in uniform. A more secure property would be better for the county that they serve.Jennifer said she would talk to her boss and owner, Ken, and promised to call back in exactly one hour. She never did! I waited for a few hours, and she never called back. Most customers make contact through the phone first and it is unprofessional of them to treat potential customers rudely by not following through on what they promised. She had to make me call her, and for her to tell me that as far as Ken is concerned, it is ok for my spouse, brother, sister, relative, or friend to be there when they change the locks, but a Sheriff's deputy from the very same county is not acceptable! What?
