Wow, if you guys need help, call this shop. I had a client stranded in their area, they were more than willing to help. Very nice and professional with each call I made. THEN, the Sheriff showed up and helped the client, so I had to cancel, I felt so bad, offered to pay service fee, they declined. Just asked me to use them in the future. Mr.Bill came to my home today to unlock my door, and I was running almost 20 minutes late. We are just moving into my father in laws old house, and the only key is broken off in the door beyond possibly of extraction. He waited for me & was SUPER friendly the entire duration of the service. Good people are hard to find, but your company has some jam up employees. I cant remember the persons name who answered the phone and took my appointment, if Im not mistaken it started with a W, but he just as friendly. Thank you for cheap, quick, OUTSTANDING service! Over the phone, I was quoted a price and told it would take about an hour for the tech to get here and another 30 minutes to an hour for the key to be made. I told them that I had to leave for work by a certain time (roughly an hour and a half from the time that I called) and was told that they could make that work. The tech was here in roughly 25-30 minutes, and it only took him 30 minutes to make me a key and a spare. Wonderful customer service and very speedy. They accept debit cards which was a huge plus for me on such short notice as this was super urgent. I wholeheartedly recommend their service to anyone finding themselves in the bind I faced today - losing your keys is stressful enough without having to worry about just how you'll be getting to work or wherever else you need to go.

After waiting nearly two hours for another company to show up to unlock my car, I called Larry's Lock and Key. He charges a reasonable flat rate no matter what kind of car you have and he was at my house in 15 minutes. He was very friendly and professional! He was also able to make me a spare key within minutes for a little extra! I would definitely recommend him to anyone for any type of locksmith service!

Waited all day they got out after 5 and could not get the keys pen code because the dealership was closed so they will be back tomorrow, waited a whole nother day for them to come by again after 5 to try to play mechanic give an opinion and not make a key but still charged a 85$ service fee and a 50$ pen code charge for the key he never made he told us it would be 40 more for a actual key the problem may be mechanical but the key lights on so I figured if it didn't fix it I would at least get a spare key out of it but I didn't even get that there for they did nothing but waste our time for 2days. Pretty bad service if u ask me.
