I called yesterday to ask about unlocking a security box that has very important items in it and Eric answered all my questions without hesitation. I took the box to them and they unlocked it NO PROBLEM!! The staff is very kind and quick.

Technician did not disclose labor rate before completing the service. The invoice was created with labor included which we were not aware of prior to agreeing to the cost break down. The technician explained he could not determine what the labor would be until the job was finished which was not mentioned. When trying to resolve the issue with Armor and Lock Security we received poor customer service making the overall experience with this company unsatisfactory.
