Very expensive guy MC gave us a lock with one key we had to be on him for him to go get a new lock. While working on our door he charged us for two locks when he only worked on 1 lock basically had to call his dispatcher who turns out to be the owner. Choose another service stay far away from this company very shady.Update the owner came through and took care of us. The owner appeared very professional and understanding. The owner need to be mindful of the people who he employs.

I really wanna thank the locksmith. Not only was he fast he was very efficient. He came out at 11 in the night to assist me. I left my keys inside the house. I had my two girls with me 1 being only 6months. I will continue to call him for any future mishaps. Thank you again.

These guys are great! They cam from lawerenceville to loganville for me and made a motorcycle key from scratch for me. My boyfriend lost the only key he had and these guys made my night when they made him a new key. These guy are very recommended by me and I would use them again, they where also very nice. I drive a range rover a misplaced the key in a friends large home. After looking for the key for 2 days, we decided to find a lock smith that could duplicate key..called and he was able to come out to get necessary info but could not replace key until next day. I called Mobile Pro Locksmith, LLC on Monday October 1, and spoke with a very pleasant gentleman who scheduled me for service at my home the same day. I hung up, and not more than 5 minutes later, I received a call from Abram, a service tech from the company stating that he should arrive at my house in 30 to 40 minutes.....how impressive! Abram arrive a little before his estimated time. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what I wanted accomplished, gave me a price upfront for the services to be rendered (it was a lot less than I anticipated the cost to be for the services I requested), and Abram got to work immediately! I loved that Abram grew up in the area, and was working with his family business while pursuing a college degree! Yes, we chatted while he worked, and he completed the job so quickly!!!! I was so impressed with this gentleman and the way he conducted the entire service call!! I would definitely use Mobile Pro Locksmith, LLC again for locksmith services in the future!!!!
