The machine at the first location was inoperative and thankfully they list their phone number prominantly. I had a bit of a wait but not excessive considering tis the holidays. My call was taken by a pleasant young man that verified that yes this terminal was belly up but he quickly searched for the nearest machine, verified that it was operable and that they were open and gave me the address. Google and I navigated there and in short order I was on my way with duplicates in hand. Would have given 5 stars if the first machine was functional.
