I was looking for a locksmith to help me with improving the security on the exterior doors of my new home. I did some research and saw that Kevin received many very positive reviews. I also liked that Kevin has been in the locksmith business for many years, which is not easy to find these days.I called and actually reached Kevin on the first try (I really respect a business owner that answers his phones!!). I told Kevin what I was interested in and he provided a variety of options, along with some very informative videos on the items he recommended. He also offered to go by the home to assess the current security, as his office was nearby (I support local businesses!!).Kevin did a thorough review of the builder locks and door construction and called back to cover the best ways to upgrade. His pricing was very reasonable for upgrading everything.On the day of the job, I was surprised (again) that Kevin came out to do the work. I thought it was only going to be Kevin, but he also brought two of his very capable team to assist. What I thought would be an all day job was knocked out in three hours.Now to the workmanship. I have high standards and Kevin and team passed with flying colors. Not only were they attentive to details, making sure everything worked and looked right, they were careful not to damage anything and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Ultimately, with this kind of work you have to place high trust with your contractor. I don't hand out trust easily and don't often write reviews, but in this case because of the exceptional service I thought it was well deserved. Bottom line, if you need a skilled and trustworthy locksmith, call Kevin first!

Yesterday I experienced the dread and embarrassment of realizing that I had not only left my key fob in my car but that it had died which left me locked out of my car in 30 degree weather. I called Kevin Wilson and he was there in a very timely manner and had my car unlocked in no time. Super professional, friendly, and very affordable. Many companies will take advantage of your distress and charge a ridiculous amount. Not Kevin Wilson. While I hope this never happens to me again, he will be my one and only call if it does.

I called them because i locked myself out of my house he got here withen 15 minutes i was charged 95.00 he stuck 2 inflatable bags in my door and blew them until it popped the door open. We needed to change the combination of the lock on our gun safe. After talking to a local locksmith who told us it couldn't be done, we called the safe manufacturer who wanted to sell us another lock that only a qualified locksmith could install. We called Kevin who came right over and changed the combination on the existing lock in minutes. No new lock needed. He was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. It's funny that he knew more than the safe manufacturer knew! No question about who we'll call in the future.

I can't say enough praise about companies that use common sense & that aren't impersonal. I've used them for several years now because they've always been fair and knowledgeable. Like educating me on scammer locksmiths that quote one price on the phone but another once the work is done (learned the hard way). These folks know how to do business right.

I contacted Mr. Wilson to change the locks of my new home. He gave me the price and the appointment date. After waiting two weeks for him, he came without the correct locks and without any helper. So he started the job, charged $295 for two door locks from Home Depot, he didnt finish that day and the worst part was, he caused a short circuit to my house when he used long screws instead of shorts one. I did call an electrician and told me that the locksmith was not careful doing his job and that was the cause of the short circuit. Two days later he sent his helper to finish the job, we explained what happened and he called Mr. Wilson but to our surprise he was very rude and didnt take responsibility for the issue he caused. He said the problem was from the builder of the house. I told him to show more empathy towards the situation, and remembered him that he was the one to be here, not his helper to finish the job. He once again deny responsibility, he mentioned that he has insurance, but he was not going to use it and told me he has better projects to work than finishing my home. Neither he offered any solution nor did he come to see what happened. In the end I paid for the electrician and a contractor.I dont recommend him. He lacks of professionalism, bad customer service, expensive for Schlage door locks that you can find and install yourself; and not a person you can trust. Also he is not BBB accredited.

Mr came out very quickly to unlock my car once we locked the keys inside. Everything went well and fair priced. I made him aware my insurance would reimburse me. I contacted him to let him know he sent me someone elses invoice. The next invoice had the wrong model car listed. My insurace respresented reached out to him & He was EXTREMELY rude to her! This ruined the whole experience for me. What poor business. I went from wanting to recommend him to wanting to share this review. That one thing blew it all

My encounters with everyone up until it was time to pay was awesome. I called to see how much it would be (after calling several other people who quoted between $50- $150) and spoke to an employee named Peter. Peter quoted I believe $60 cash and $75 for card. After telling him that I could not afford $75 and was about to get off the phone, he asked me how much I had. I told him I could only do $50, which is what I had another guy coming to do it for. He was hesitant but then said he would do it for that, and that it would take him 25 minutes. I called the other guy and told him nevermind because to be honest, someone had warned me about a foreign guy ripping people off, and I didn't feel too good about it. When Peter got there (on time) he was nice, quick, amd may have only been there 3 minutes before unlocking the car. When it came time to pay, I gave him my credit card, bc I didn't not have enough on my debit to cover the charge, and I knew that after my car insurance came out on my credit card, I would have just enough of a balance to cover the charge. Peter looked at my card weird, went to run it, and came back to tell me that there was enough on my card to cover the $75 charge. I explained to him that I could only afford the 50 and that I had other bill coming out of that account already. He argued that the service was worth 75 and that he felt lied to. After feeling extremely disrespected and made out to be a liar, I reiterated what I told him on the phone and apologized for any miscommunication. He then ran it for 57 (processing fees) and then left. Tho the service itself was good, his customer service was not. Being in a financial strain as it is.. being made out as a scammer of some sort definitely makes it worse. Tho I very much so appreciate them taking the additional 25 off of the total, I really didn't appreciate the slap in the face I got when it came time to pay. I will not be using your services in the future.

Kevin Wilson came out after hours to unlock my new home. He was on site in less than 30 minutes. He quoted me 20-25 minutes, and showed up in 20. He checked all of my paperwork to ENSURE that I was the home owner, and got me in to my house in no time flat. Nothing was damaged in the process, and the rates did not change once he got there. He then went above and beyond the normal service call repairing dead bolts that weren't working properly, pointing out security weaknesses in my home. This man is an expert at his trade, professional, prompt, and courteous. Best Lock Smith I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, KEEP HIS CARD!
