Their customer service and responsiveness was AMAZING! We called them after another company had my mother waiting for almost 2 hrs without ever showing up, continuously saying they would almost arrive, and eventually not answering their phone. We called Stone Mountain Locksmith and they were SO responsive! They even gave us a 15min estimated time of arrival. Though my family eventually found a spare key and wasn't able to use their service, they definitely deserve 5 Stars. They were very courteous. Thank you again.

I accidentally left my car key inside the car. I was quoted $125 by phone, but the charge was $319.99 after the work was done. I paid the bill and followed up with the person who quoted me, I told her that the locksmith did not confirm the amount until the job was done. She said I will get contacted by the owner on Monday. If not corrected Im going to file a charge dispute.

I had a working master car key with a cracked casing. I called and was quoted a price of $125.00 + 19.00 for the cost of the tech coming to my location, after I explained that my key had a chip. (nothing was stated about this being the starting price) I had no problem with this. The technician removed everything from my casing and placed it in a new casing and cut a key. He did not need to program the chip because it was my chip from the original key. The tech quoted me a price of $220.00 but stated he would give me the discounted price of $160.00, if I paid cash. I asked for my key back and, I got an empty shell. For the amount of money I paid, I should have left with my original working cracked-cased key and a working duplicated key. I called the office back and was told to call back on Monday when the manager would be in. When I called the office, the receptionist tried to explain to me that the chips lose their programming when they are moved from one casing to another. If you are going to blow a customer off, please make sure you are providing credible information. This is not the first time I have had a key with a chip replaced. When I called back to speak with the office manager, Harry, I was told he wasn't available. I do not have a problem with paying for products and services, but I do have a problem dealing companies who do not do business with integrity and avoid customers when they call in to ask that the company make it right.

Scripted Price Provided:I called for a lock to be re-keyed and was told it would be $19.00 for the service call and $19.00 for re-key. When the technician name Shi arrived he said labor was an additional cost. He quoted total of $100.00 to re-key and labor. I declined his service, however paid for the call. I called the company and was told by the person who answered the phone that they are given a SCRIPT to say when customers call. This company should provide better up-front pricing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
