Zero stars! This locksmith showed up 15 minutes late, in a completely unmarked car, with no sort of uniform, or identification. He barely spoke to me, and was rude when he did speak. I called to speak with the office because I didn't want to give my credit card information to some random guy with no company affiliation. The lady was incredibly rude. She told me that they didn't require their technicians to wear any kind of uniform, because they want them to be comfortable. I am a business owner. Our technicians wear jeans and t-shirts with the company name on them. I assure you, they are comfortable. This whole situation made me uncomfortable. I did not feel valued as a customer. More importantly, I didn't feel safe. I was told on the phone that it would be $19 plus $125 for the key. When he finished, he rudely told me it would be $185. I told him what I was told. He said fine, just give me $160. Rudely and aggressively. I am a woman and alone. I got him the money without further comment, which he then counted in front of me, while I filled out my own 'receipt'. Nothing had any sort of company name on it at all. I'm glad I had the cash because I would have had to cancel the card after the transaction cleared just so no one could steal my information. I will wait a week to get another locksmith before I ever call this company again!

When the tech called to confirm his arrive time I asked the tech the charges I would incur he stated it would be $19 trip charge + time it takes to open my car door, he placed a balloon at the top of the door and another on the side pumped them up slid a bar inside popped the unlock button and opened the door total time 2min (I timed it on my watch) total bill $120.00 outrageous!!! said his boss told him the charges
