Took forever. He said about a hour. Sound like he was still at home when i called back after a hour cause u can hear tv and other back ground noise said it would be another 20 mins. Which work out great in my favor. I lost my keys at work and some found them and turned into our assest protection. Call him back by this time he was on his way but was happy to tell him nevermind my keys had been found. He was not happy to say thebleast but he wasnt in no rush either..kept my $175
