We were locked out of my sons new home that is equipped with smart locks. Called the business and Ben returned our call. He was great! Friendly and very professional. Opened the door quickly. Would highly recommend!

Do not call these people. The staff doesnt understand English at all. The technician charge all these additional fees when they come. This tech name Ben came out to my house and changed the locks on my bottom lock and not my deadbolt. The key fit the deadbolt but wouldnt turn. They have horrible service and do not allow them to change your locks. I had to pay another locksmith to come and fix what they messed up. They wouldnt refund me my money or anything.

I had enquired with other locksmiths in Pooler for rekeying service but they werent familiar with the lock I had. When I sent pictures of the lock to Wm Locksmith & Security, they instantly knew what make it was and told me they had the parts needed for the job. Kobe was super quick, efficient, and the service was excellent! Charges were reasonable and seemed lower than most. Highly recommend!' Best here...
