My daughter had a problem with her only key to her Lexus getting stuck in her door. The dealer told her they had to put in a new computer, and it that would be around $2600.00 total. We called John of J & K Locksmith. He came out and 30 minutes later problem was solved. We had 2 master keys that worked great for over $2000.00 less than the the dealer quoted. We are from upstate NY and own a second home here in Bluffton. I had a guy come out and make a new key for my jeep but couldnt program the keys because he didn't have the pin code. I then called John and told him my sistuation and he told me that he will help me out and just program the key that was already made but it wasnt the right kind of key. He then made me a whole new key programed it and it worked like charm not only did he do a great job he worked with me on the price being that I already spent money on a key that didn't work which was a blessing because short on money. I'd give this guy 10 stars not only was he fast and reliable, he work with me on the bill just so I can get to work!! Thanks alot john you are a life saver!!

First experience losing a key and I can't imagine the process going any smoother, thank you John and Karen! We called j&k and John was on his way to us within 30 minutes. Way more stressful than it needed to be, use a different locksmith if you are looking! When I called, John was quick to get to my location, but soon after finding out that I live downtown he seemed to get irritated with me and continued to complain to me when he parked because he chose to park his car in a non-parking zone. I did not tell him to do this, nor did I rush him because at this point I still had one hour on my lunch break left, so I really was not in a rush. Once he got to the front door of my building he again talked to me in a demeaning manner when I was trying to explain the main door code (I couldn't personally let him in because my elevator would have locked me out even further and that would have been another lock to get open). Once he finally got to my apartment door he took one look at my lock (a lever handle lock) and said it is 'impossible to unlock'. Last week my friend was staying over and locked herself out of my apartment. She called the company she used (Pop-a-Lock- which I didn't call because I did not know the name to the company at the time) and they were in and out within 10 minutes, so I told him this and let him know it wasn't impossible. He then proceeded to ask how much I paid for the last locksmith (I really didn't understand why he wanted to know this being it was a different company). He then told me it was going to be $200.00. My friend paid $86 last week and that locksmith unlocked two different locks. I was willing to pay even though he said the lock was 'impossible to open' because I was desperate. After giving it a shot he couldn't open the door. I let him know how they got it open the last time because I watched them open it and this really offended him. He began to tell me about how he went to school to be a locksmith and if I wanted the other company to do it I should've called them. In no way was I trying to offend him I just really wanted to get into my home and not be late for work. Once he told me I should've called them that is exactly what I did. I got on the phone and called them. It didn't seem to me that he was going to get the lock open but if he would've got the lock open within the time it took me to set up an appointment i would have most definitely paid him. Instead he aggressively packed his things up and stormed off. He yelled at me from down the hall that he is putting me on the 'locksmith blacklist' so i will no longer be allowed to unlock my door if I lock myself out? Not entirely sure this exists but the end this long-winded story is I ended up making an appointment with Pop-A-Lock. They came to my apartment within 20 minutes and unlocked my door within 10 minutes (and my lock is still perfectly in tact) and I only paid $47. I hope you have a better day tomorrow John!!!!!!!

My boyfriend had issue upon issue with his car, to the point that half of his key had broken off INTO the ignition, and was no longer able to connect with the second piece. J&K has and continues to go above and beyond my highest expectations to help him get his car going. John, the gentleman assisting him, has contacted several other companies and individuals to get help and advice, and has called to give consistent updates. He has kept our needs in mind, and has done his best to save us a lot of money, compared to what we would have paid Ford. I could not recommend him enough to friends, family, and anyone needing a genuine, determined, and extremely helpful guy!

Very professional and friendly! My wife's car key (with remote attached) broke so she could not drive it anywhere to get it fixed. I work out of town so she was stuck at the house waiting for the first locksmith we called to show up. After a day of waiting I called J&K Locksmith who showed up and had it fixed within an hour of me calling them. I highly recommend using J&K Locksmithfor any locksmith related issues!

I recently lost the keys to my car this morning and I googled J&K locksmiths. John was sent out to me in 10 minutes to the airport!!! Not only was his service phanomal he went above and beyond to make sure I would drive my car home today! I have never had such impeccable service to this magnitude.
