I absolutely love everything about this place, its charactor and originality is impeccable. The gentleman in there is so nice. This is the only spot that I know of that can make a Peterbilt key. The parking is a little tough but anything downtown is so no biggie. I highly recommend this charming key maker.

A timeless classic and Savannah institution, with 6 or 7 generations of locksmiths operating out of one location. A part of the treat of going here is just seeing a place that is like a mini-museum to Savannah's past and don't overlook the Houdini photos in the corner as the family has Houdini ties! We all hope Bradley's never goes away and its literally the last of its kind and one-of-a-kind! Its hard to find true examples of 'Old Savannah' anymore in the boutiquing up of our city, but for people who want that rustic experience for a moment? This is it. Just pay a visit!

Snapped my car key in half...and I called and looked everywhere... All these so called locksmith couldn't fix my key because they have these kiosk machines and computers, smh.. All except one...Bradley's!!!! Bradley's still uses the key cutting machine from back in the days... It took only 5 minutes and the price was out of this world low... Thank you Andrew...for being a man of your word..you said you had me...and you did....thanks so much.

Fast and good prices. I called 6 companies before I got this company to come out right away. My employee broke the key and we were locked out of our retail store they came out and got us fixed. Very happy with the service and great price! Will use them for all future locksmith needs.

Ive had two mixed experiences here. One was a quick in and out getting some copies of a house key. No problems. Next time, I needed a copy of a car key and they were unable to do so at the time; they needed to order a new key after the first one snapped. Said it would be ready the next day and it was not, but I had to call to figure that out. Said try tomorrow, wasnt ready. Eventually, after calling a fourth time, they said theyd call me when key was ready. Never called.

Absolutely one of the most unprofessional places I've EVER, EVER, EVER entered into to do business. Rude, filthy personalities, & no sense of urgency to even try to politely assist me. It felt like I walked into a cave full of apathetic cavemen who were bothered that I dared to interrupt their day by entering their establishment. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY SEE ME!!!

Thursday I called Bradley and I was told by Andrew that the key for my work truck will be ready in 1 hour and a half. I was very pleased to hear that because I needed my truck for work. After 4 hours I called him on his cell phone and left a message. After a hour or so I called the office and I was assured that I would get a call as soon as the key was ready. I waited for the rest of the day and Friday when I had to call another company to get my key. I am writing this on Monday and still haven't heard from them. Is sad and unfortunate that a company so old in Savannah are so rude and no idea what a customer service means.

Okay, I guess if you want nostalgia and skeleton key cut, this is the place. The reason I'm not happy is after calling and asking if they could cut a key for my car, the receptionist said, yes, bring it in. I drove 25 miles only to find they could not do it. That is why I'm writing a negative review. I would suggest to the business to make sure you have a competent person answering your phone with the right answers to customers questions. Not just saying, 'yes' to everything.
