These guys are the best! They helped me out in such a big way. They went the extra mile, even taking me to the nearby auto-store because I had brought the wrong part with me to their shop. They were the nicest bunch of people I could ever ask to meet and they did a wonderful job on my car at a very fair price. I just wish I weren't moving away because if I ever need a locksmith again I would want it to be these guys!

Love me first

Who ever gave these guys 1 star apparently should have attempted whatever services they needed themselves. They where all great friendly, very entertaining they kept me laughing they made my visit and my time spent very pleasant. They actually engaged in conversation the entire time instead of just acting as if I wasnt there and this was just a requested job. Even though what I needed done was a very difficult task for my motorcycle they did not stop until it was complete and I left a satisfied customer. I have called several locksmiths starting in N.C. to here and it was only this place that was actually able to help me and get this done and at a very affordable cost. I would recommend this place to anyone. Even the guy in the back who runs a separate business was very friendly. I enjoyed my time spent with the staff there. The only con is if u r allergic to dogs I dont visit as they do have a few fury friends around. They are loving as well very well trained I enjoyed bird while visiting as well. Other than that thanks guys for such an amazing job now I dont have to worry about my bike because my forks actually lock now because u went above and beyond to help me out. If I could give 10 stars I would.

From the moment we called they were professional and honest. John came out to fix our lock. He did a momentary fix, but said he would be back to fix the lock right. He came back two days later and fixed the lock. It has never worked so great! They take pride in their work.

Very responsive, efficient, easy to deal with, and no surprises with the bill when the work was done. Had an issue with my vehicle ignition, they took care of it immediately and were very thorough. Up front with their pricing on everything, offered to come to me, stated the price, explained the price difference if I could bring the car to to them instead. I was comfortable with everything from start to finish, I highly recommend these folks.

Purchased a new vehicle from a dealership, missing extra key, dealership wanted $605 for replacement key fob. Contacted this company and had an appointment 2 days later. They were very professional and responsive from day one. They also charged me a fair price for programming and (laser) cutting both keys. Would definitely recommend them.

Gotta say, Georgia Keys blew my away. I had a key break for my motorcycle last week, which put me out of commission. Everywhere I called in the area was quoting me 200-300 for duplication with a week turn around. George was able to square me away with 2 keys, same day, for an outstanding price. George was able to re-set the key fobs for the used Toyota I bought. After being told by another company that they could NOT do it because they said I did not have a 'master' key. Then I called the dealership who said the fee would be at least 500.00!! Wha'?!!!! When I called the car lot where I had just purchased my used car-- they gave me this number and said to try George. He was about to close for the weekend by the time I called him. He heard my sob story and waited for me to bring him the keys I had, even though his business would close at 5:00. He saved the day and was super nice. He said that he could program the keys and he just shook his head when I told him that someone had said I had to go to the dealership to get it done. I chatted with his out of town company who were there waiting for him to get off from work. What a kind and knowledgeable guy. I paid him 80.00 dollars to program the keys I had. It was a HUGE savings compared to the Toyota dealer AND quick service. Wow. That's all I can say. Wow. I can't say enough about what a great business he has!!!

My husbands 2011 VW Jetta always had problems with the key in the ignition ever since we first got the car! It was so bad that only he could drive it because I couldnt wiggle the key Like he could lol. Anyways last week his car wouldnt even turn on and we do not know anything about cars so my first thought was to go trade it and get a new car (so glad I didnt btw). After doing some research about the problem I noticed a lot of people with the same issue had gone to a locksmith instead of the dealer or a shop. Thats was awesome because I would never think a locksmith could fix a car problem like that. Anyways I looked around for the best place and I saw that this place had awesome reviews and we decided to try them! George was super helpful and we got the car towed to their place the next day. The car was over there for about a week but their closed on the weekends and I also told them to take their time! So happy that we got the car back today and its like night and day! Now I can drive the car too haha. He also gave my husband an extra key which is awesome! All that for $250. I thought this was going to be so expensive. Thank god that he pointed us in their direction. I would highly recommend!!!

Can I get a frequent locked out discount?After I posted that I read the reviews...Someone posted a review that said a lady answered the phone. George has always answered the phone when I called. It is not a large business. I am pretty sure the reviewer who said they talked to a lady was dealing with another business...When I have a business that has done as 'right' by me as George has, I want other people to have the same experience. Georgia is the man !!!! I had a 98 inspector gadget BMW that was really impossible to crack.. I called all the locksmith in town to get a key, everyone was either scared to do or didn't have the tools to do so. Don't believe these recent negative reviews. These are from scammers trying to ruin the reputation of legitimate local locksmiths.... As a fellow area locksmith I can tell you that George does good work and does NOT take advantage of customers. He is one of the two locksmiths in Savannah that I will refer MY customers to for automotive locksmithing as it's a service I currently don't offer. Not a single one of them has ever had anything negative to say about Georgia Keys.
