I lost my key fob while at the Stars and Strikes stone mtn and called them. They were prompt as they should be since they are located just down the road. I had asked the cost before sending, quoted 30 for svc and labor starting at 29.99 depending on what the tech did. Well they arrived and told me $165. if it wasnt midnight I would have called someone else. Newer car or not, all they did was crack the door and stick the pole to unlock. Nothing special for the 2 min he actually had his hands on my vehicle. Feel ripped off.

Over charged my very elderly aunt by 30 bucks almost after confirming the price on the phone and were very rude and rushing on the phone not helpful at all. Shouldnt cost 70 dollars for 5 minutes of there time just to unlock a door that complete rip off. The location was 4 minutes from there store... and cost 70 dollars still.
