I walked in here yesterday to get some keys I bought on eBay cut for my '10 Ford Escape. I'd already programmed the Fob side (clicker) that would control the factory alarm. I told them I only needed them to cut the keys and that I had the software to program the transponder chips so that the keys would be able to start the vehicle. They did a great job cutting my keys! Once I got home and did the programming with software, I now have two additional WORKING keys!

Service guy was wonderful. I lost key to my 2007 Ford Taurus. Fixed problem in less than 30 min, and I got a new key with chip 40$ cheaper than the other guys.

I went to get an automatic key programmed they did it for $40.. they've very informative, courteous, and know their stuff and pretty quick to help u when u come in the door unless they're busy with a customer already and they'll tell you that I recommend it 10/10

Called and paid for a family member to have their car unlocked after they accidentally locked their keys in. Paid over the phone at time of scheduling, took an hour PLUS calling them to get the person to come out, at the end of July no less. It took less than two minutes to unlock the truck and the tech who did it wasnt rude but he didnt speak more than 10 words when he was there

After experiencing the horrible hurricane Michael back in Florida we fled looking for a place with water and light. With other things in my mind I locked my keys in the car as soon as we got to the motel. I was very angry at myself because now spending money that I wanted to stretch, since we dont know when we will be going home, we had to pay a locksmith and I knew theyre expensive. I called Ace lock and key and told them my situation and the man was extremely understanding and it was very affordable. In times like these, when youre seeing homes being destroyed and seeing the after math of the hurricane was worst, there is great people with great hearts still roaming around. I appreciate everything Ace lock and key did for us. You guys made me shed tears of joy. Thank you!

My wife had the battery in her car die while she was on a trip and parked at the airport. Called Ace Lock and Key, they came to her rescue (and mine). The young man (she failed to get a name) unlocked the car quickly, then jumped her battery off and told her how to to get to the closest parts store. ALL of this for a very low price (my opinion). Ace (and the employee) made my day with quick, helpful, over the top assistance.
