Customer service is mediocre at best..... the lady is a bit rude! The gentleman was teaching the lady to cut a key so he cut mine. Showed her she cut another one keep in mind I only wanted one key. He said he wouldn't charge for the second and damned if he did!

They were wonderful. Car wouldn't start. I was told it was the key fob. Although that did need replacing and programming, the box behind my starter was bad (think he called it a starter converter). He told me he had changed a starter but not the box behind it. He googled how to do it and asked me if I wanted him to try. He went and got the box, changed it and reprogrammed my key. Even stayed late to do it. Car cranks everytime now. Wonderful service!

On August 28th I was given the run around by American lock and key about getting my key remote programmed. Well after going to meet them and they wasnt there, I started googling locksmiths.. I called D&D and they hooked your girl up with a key cut and my key pad is now working.. I no longer have to stick my key it the door to unlock it.. D&D was a life saver and Ill recommend them to anyone.. my price was amazing compared to the other company.. thank you guys so much the girl in red camaro.. Thanks to D&D I have two keys to my car now

We have used them before for normal lock outs when the keys are inside. But today we had completely lost the keys to our door. He came out and rekeyed our lock at our home and provided us with extra keys. I called my husband on my way home and asked him to call and ask about pricing and when I got home, the job was already done. He even offered to drill a hole in my key hanger so that I could attach the keys. Very helpful and quick!

I was in a real pinch yesterday. It was late (after hours) and the young man I was able to reach was incredibly helpful. Although I was too far away for him to help me with my 2007 Toyota Tundra needing to sync my truck to the new ignition switch I had to put in. He guided me in the right direction for a temporary fix. He didn't have to do that but I am ever so greatful. I'm so sorry I can't recall his name I was stressing out as I had to take my husband to the airport the next morning at 2am. It was already 8pm the night before. Thank you so much for going the extra mile. I have your phone number saved in my phone. I've locked myself out of my car twice lol and each time it's a pain to give up those $50 but, they don't play around, as soon as they get your location they're on it, like I've been stranded...well twice and they've gotten to me less than 5-10min great employees knew how to calm me down when I was crying very funny and nice only took like .02 seconds to unlock my car lol

Horrible customer service by the phone guy and challenger not the older gentlemen, if you are a woman dont bother, he doesn't know how to give details before having guys make a key. Turns out after they charged and made a key at the airport where I met a nice older man he was going to see about the fob that I still needed not a cut key. I had to go to their shop aagain to make things right and take off work twice and lose more money. You are better off at the dealer, and the guy wanted to challenge me about the difference. I dont need a cut key to set off the alarm everytime I open my car. Know your cars, they all need fobs after a certain year unless they want a cut key and dont mind the horn to be set off. Aggravation and lost time to get things done right. The last gentlemen was kind but Mr attitude was not.
