Wow! This company is amazing! They were so nice and helpful starting with our phone call with needing a locksmith to come out and get the broken key out of our ignition from somebody trying to steal our car. They kept in contact with us and let us know they would be out the next day in the morning. That morning, they let us know again approximately what time. Then Ray called to let us know the time he will be exactly at our place. And he was exactly at our place at that time. He made sure that our car was not only taken care of, but safe. This is truly our go to locksmith if needed again. The other thing that was shocking to us was the fact that they didnt overcharge. You definitely will not be questioning yourself after using island lock and safe.

Island Lock & Safe saved me! As a Maui property owner who doesn't live on island, this was the ONLY locksmith who even answered my desperate phone call at night when I had a guest locked IN my condo. Ray was so helpful and was at my condo in no time to save my guests....and me! I never even heard back from the other two locksmiths I called that night and left messages for. Absolutely made my day on every level!!! When it comes to business, this group, especially Ray Aubrey are unequivocally the best weve got. From the beginning phone call I felt a sincere effort to help with my dilemma. Took the time to explain a few scenarios of what might be wrong. I want to go on record for Island Lock & Safe to make it publicly known, this is the MOST reputable, capable and responsible smithing company I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The booking agent gave me a good feel right off the bat. My location is remote in comparison to their office but I went forward and placed an inquiry anyway. I got a really reasonable quote and let them know to contact me back when it was convenient to service my area. It all happened fairly quick. I got a call the week before, got them copies of my key blades and before I knew it their Tech was on site. He was very friendly and knew his trade. Great thing, nothing felt shady as it sometimes does working with other smith companies. Keys were milled properly and fobs were programmed with expediency. A Subaru and Lexus without issue. The billing was just as quoted which also made it a positive experience. We are so thankful to be up and running taking peace of mind we won't be locked and in a pinch. Although if we were, we'd call them without question. We appreciate the hard work from a family company in Island Lock & Safe! MAHALO! Jim

Maui lock and safe was very helpful when a friend accidentally got locked out of her car. Her phone and keys were locked in her rental, and it was after hours, so I called Maui lock and safe, they were at our location within a half hour, and had the car unlocked within a minute. There's a kamaaina discount if you pay cash.
