I went in to make some copies of my car key and they were super nice and helpful. I then asked them if they could help me get a key out of my car door and they walked outside, had it out within 5 minutes, and ended up not even charging me for that. These guys were awesome!! I will definitely be back!!

Out of convenience, today I stopped in Home Depot to get an extra key made for a 6 year old lock-set. Was told the key was to an old lock and would need to have it re-keyed. I left and immediately went to Minuteman in Meridian. They made me two keys for the price it would have been for ONE at HD. In and out super fast with exceptional service. This is why we should all be supporting local experts rather than big box stores. Shop local. Think Idaho First!!

I have made three (3) phone calls in two days to try to get a mailbox. I can't get a response. On my first call I was told I needed to speak to 'Randy' who would be in later. I called back 6 hours later and was told Randy wasn't coming in today. I call today and was again told Randy would call me ASAP. Not much in the way of customer service.

My key wouldn't start my car because of an ignition issue and I couldn't get one made at Walmart. I called these guys and they showed up in 15 minutes, cut me a new key on the spot and it worked perfectly. The saved me a ton of money by me not having to take it to the shop and get the ignition repaired!Knowledgeable, punctual and great guys! Highly recommend!

I love these guys. They are fast, very inexpensive and very polite. I have been getting keys made here for over 4 years now and I have not had to have any keys remade , the keys have always worked the first time and when I go out to Mt home the last thing I want is to have to turn around and go back to have the keys remade. So I say if you are in need of a key made right the first time stop in and see the guys at minuteman lock and key I recommend them.

I bought an almost new Husky tool box for my new RAM 3500. Great deal but there wasn't a key included. Minute Man took less than 15 minutes to look up and cut me a new key. Cost, $12 for 2 keys! A truly high tech professional lock smith.

Hooray, a place that had the blanks we needed, full service, intelligent staff, comfortable store, have been back, even recommended to my family. This is the first place we go to now even though it is further from where we live than other places. We know they will take care of what we need.

I came in ready to pay a bunch of money to have a key made for my truck which I thought had a separate ignition key. Turns out it was just a jammed up door lock. They fixed it in about 5 minutes and accepted pizza as payment. This is my new go-to lock guys.

I had a door handle on a back door that would not come off. I called here and the guy said to bring it in and he would take a look at it. I took the door off and brought it in. The guy at the front counter came outside to take a look and worked on the handle for about 5-10 minutes before successfully removing the handle. We offered to pay him and he said no need. Fantastic service! I have been going here for a few years now to get new keys cut for new handles I am constantly putting on and I am very satisfied with the service here. Very quick, very cheap, and very friendly. 5 stars!!!

We went there the other day to get a cargo carrier rekeyed because we had lost the keys. The carrier had a broken off key in it. They guys were amazing! Not only did the get the broken piece out, they charged us very little to do so. Outstanding service!!
