I called to have a door lock changed and a big tall guy in a big goldish heavy duty 250 or 1 ton 4 door Ford pickup came to my house first. I wanted to ask about some other work they do that was mentioned to me and he stated he couldn't do it; do to the age of the house; which I found very odd. I felt like he just didn't want to do the work; but, stated he would send out the guy for the lock. I was quoted one price when I first called and then I was quoted another buy the guy in the Ford pickup. He wanted cash for the job and would send his guy out after he told me he also took credit cards. I now understand why he said this. The other guy came to the house and wasn't here very long, changed the lock (this was on Friday). I left to go do something on Saturday, was gone 30 minutes, came back, and the house was broken into by changing the lock cylinder out. I called and left a message and they never got back with me. I finally reach someone on Tuesday, due to the holiday, and he didn't want to speak with me, supposedly he was busy, stated he'd call me back, while I was trying to ask a question, and clicked me off. He charged me $95.00, which I have a receipt for, and I haven't heard back from him. I was very polite on the phone and I didn't expect him to not charge me for a new lock set up. I would have expected some politeness from him, maybe an apology this happened, and let's see what could be done differently verses the rudeness~clicked off I received.With this kind of treatment, it would be much better to do it yourself or hire someone else. As their website states, 'they will come out 24/7' and they never did.

E&I Asset Recovery

Buck's is pretty much the only locksmith located in town anymore. As a controller of the market they could EASILY price gouge us all like the hardware stores in town do, but the guys at Bucks ALWAYS make a fair deal for a great service. I wont use any other locksmiths, these guys are my go-to
