This is and has been a pleasant family business that has always met my needs. I usually remove my locks and have Haffner's rekey them. It's quick and affordable. They will do service calls, but I've not needed that yet.

Super duper friendly and helpful! Let me text a pic of what I was looking for, so I didn't have to make the drive if not necessary. They had a very similar part(that worked btw!) We also had them make a copy of our truck key (VERY inexpensive!) And they even programmed it! I will definitely go back whenever I need locks/ keys etc.Thank you!

Had my first bad experience with them. Not exactly happy. Paid 150 for a key, and he never checked if it matched the door locks. Supposedly the ignition an locks matched an now they are making every excuse to make more money.

Went above and beyond! I had 6 keys made, 3 didn't work. I went in expecting to get a refund. They took the keys, went to my mom's on a FRIDAY evening and did whatever they did to make the keys work! And it was FREE! Their customer service is unbelievable, their key prices are cheaper than other stores and they are LOCALLY owned! Thank you!!!!

I can not say enough how much I appreciate how much these guys went above and beyond to help me!! My Honda Accord key would not turn in the ignitions and I was stuck in Burley. The first local locksmith (Walt's) I called told me upon hearing what type of vehicle I drove they would not even attempt to come out and instructed me to call the dealer and my whole ignition would need replaced. My friend recommended I call Haffner's instead and see what they could do. They asked if we could remove the casing from the car he could fix it. He fixed the ignition switch to turn however once it was placed back in the casing and in the vehicle it would not.turn which indicated a problem with the casing itself. He then took it upon himself to take the casing apart and found a broken piece inside which he removed - fixed and handed back to me to install in the car. Once we installed it back into the car it turned perfectly and my car started! He saved me a bundle (replacing the whole ignition was very expensive at Honda) and he refused to charge me anything but the original $40.00 to resolve everything. Again these guys did so much more than they needed to and helped this single momma save a bundle and I will always recommend them to everyone! Thank you Hafffner's!!!

Terrible! I called because my 3 month old was locked in my car in the middle of June! The police officer that was helping advised me to call a locksmith because he was unsuccessful at attempting to unlock it himself. When the man answered he told me it would probably be 30 minutes before he could get there because he was working on a lock. I'm sorry but I don't care whose lock you were working on but my babies life is definitely more important!
